It took about a week and a half after they told me 3-5 business days. I was understanding that they were busy. Once I got the proofs I just cried so hard and I was so heart broken it was so horrible I couldn't find the words. They took my exact vision I described to the T and just ruined it. It looked as if something I could've done on a free app. I expressed what I felt and they just told me basically they know more of what I want than what I ACTUALLY want since they have been in the business so long. So I just approved the most decent one and once I got the final files they are blank. I sent an email asking was there a specific app to see the files but no luck. If you take your business presentation serious just be cautious coming here.
