I've tried using this location for service 3 times now. The first time wasn't bad just a bit expensive for what I got but was close to on time. The second time I was promised my order in a couple of days but it ended up taking much longer, well over a week. The last time I called and sent in an example of what was needed on two car door magnetic signs and was told I would get a quote quickly, 2 weeks later and still nothing. I went to fast signs because I wanted to support my locally owned business and keep my money in the Avondale/Goodyear Area. Initially Bridgette gave me an estimate on my Vinyl decals for my trailer with business cards over the phone. She insisted I didn't have to bring my trailer in just take pictures with my phone. I didn't believe her but I went along with it. She called me multiple times and it took her a week to get me an estimate. Eventually I went to the store. Bridgette was fired, I wanted to go elsewhere but they wanted to "make it right" Yolonda gave me an estimate, I believe it was a fair price. I felt safe leaving my trailer at fast signs. When I was ready to do business Yolanda retired. Had to do another estimate my trailer because it had diamond plating, so a $200 up charge. They did a great job! I was in a rush to get my permit so Julie said settle the invoice later and we can do the business cards later. I settled my invoice (after a few phone call trying to pay through their web portal) and I was ready for the business cards. They wanted to charge me again for the business cards. I showed them the estimate with the business cards included and the didn't honor it. I expressed my disappointment and I got a "we going to make it right" and gave me 25% off of my business cards. I gave my locals a shot, I had to deal with 4 different people all using the fired Bridgette as the scape goat but their process needs work in some areas. Pretty disappointed they gave me an estimate, up-charged for diamond plating afterwards, then to find out they want to charge for business cards when they were in the estimate. I'll have to take my business elsewhere unfortunately. I wish I could give 5 stars. read more

Julie and her team suck. Can't do what the client requests or even call back. The excuse is, busy busy with time sensitive assignments. I guess doing a logo that I paid for is not important. Thank God she refunded partial of my money, after over a month of nothing I asked for...be careful doing business with this place. Very unprofessional and when they don't want to do business with you, they "forget" how to email back or make a phone call back. Or, even take two minutes of their time to come out to the front office to say yes or no to do business. Go to Beaver Stripes instead...awesome place and they do what the client wants or needs! read more
