Came thru Rosamond, CA at 5am in great need of a restroom while on a roadtrip. There was a note on the door of the restroom that it was out of order. I inquired at the front counter if it really was out of order and the employee - Jasper advised that he would open it for me as he keeps it locked. I more than appreciated the extra customer service. I bought a coffee and only had a $20. He was very kind and polite when he asked if I would mind getting my change in $1 bills and I laughed and said "they all spend the same!". He was a delight and a bright spot for me on the beginning of a very long trip ahead. The coffee area was well-stocked and clean as was the restroom. read more

I got scammed from this place. I live in Baldwin Park 60 miles away and got charged $63 from here. They charge 23 and took out 40. I don't know if someone is working with the employees here but going off of other people's reviews this place is as shady as it comes Stay away. read more

The FASTRIP gas station chain does not refund your debit card, unless you ask them, and some of their employees have been caught at other stations skimming cards. So be careful. Can't beat the price though. I just lost 8 bucks. read more

Pump #6 - stopped when it was full. I was in getting water and a snack so didn't see when it stopped but the gallons and dollars kept rolling up as if I was still pumping gas. I saw this when I returned to the pump so I don't know what gallons and dollars were when it stopped pumping... and kept charging. The gallons and dollars were STILL rolling even when I pulled the nozzle out of the tank and didn't stop until I hung up the nozzle. Also reporting to Kern County Weights and Measures. read more

I can't believe how shady some of the cashiers can be. Be careful when handing them your card! My son asked for $40 worth of gas and the cashier tried to run my card for $99! Not once, but twice! By the third try for the actual $40 amount, my bank thankfully locked my card. I called and let the cashier know that was unacceptable and she tried to give a BS story that the gas pump put a $99 hold charge, REALLY!? How stupid do you think your customers are! If you go here pay at the pump only and do not trust the cashier!! read more

If I could leave a zero charge I would. This place is a freaking joke. There machines r not taking credit but yet they still charge u the debit fee. They should learn some customer service and waive fees when it's there fault not the customers. Don't recommend this place!!!! The workers should never yell at a customer! The swing shift Personnel are very rude and very condescending towards women and we had problems with her bump and they would not come out and take a look at it cuz it did not dispense cash after we paid $50 on a credit card they said oh well come back tomorrow and talk to her boss they did not care who or what if we made it home or nothing read more

This rude man REFUSED to let my nephew use the restroom after buying $40+ of gas. As he was walking out, another man walked in and asked to use restroom, and was acommadated. The rude man was Arabic, my nephew is blonde haired and blue eyed. The other man, Black. Very racist and disrespectful. read more

I love the employees here. They're very helpful and friendly. Some of the people that come in here are a bit strange but other than that it's a decent place to get gas or a snack. Typically they're 2-3 cents more than the base gas. read more

I give this place no stars. Check the pump. 2 times they try to rip me off with gas. I ask for 20 on the pump. Am pumping away it stops at $12.50. I was liked hold up. I went in n said the pump stop. He said u want more pay more. I said $20 is enough . The pump stop at $12.50. So u either run me my money or put the rest. So I believe in second chances. This time I came with 2 $10's to b sure I don't get ripped off. N just to make sure I wrote my name on both the $10's. So I pay for my gas pumping away ya'll. Now member 2 $10's a $20.
