I Am Pm has got to secure their gas pumps. Guys are able to remotely make it so you can't use your credit card, so that you get less gas than you paid for. I just paid for $17 worth of gas and got about $1 worth. Seriously $1 worth. Can't argue with them about it.. We stopped in to use the restroom. There was a sign on the door stating the restroom was 25 cents, or paying customers could get a token. There was a lock on the door to accept the money. I'm actually fine with this concept. I went ahead and bought a drink. When I asked for a restroom token, the cashier seemed annoyed, but gave me the token. I then went to the restroom, and it was DISGUSTING. Rest areas and truck stops are cleaner. Honestly, porta potty's at music festivals are cleaner. If they are going charge for use of the restroom, they should also maintain it. read more

This Arco AM/PM is a below-average rating in my opinion, due to a mixture of good and bad attributes. First let me note the good things. For me, there are not a lot of options in this small town, and this gas station/mini-mart is the best. The inside of the store is always clean and well-organized, and the employees have always been very friendly. In fact, if this review was only based on the employees, this would be a 4 or 5 star review. The gas is trustworthy and good quality, and this station typically has the best gas prices in town. The store has an excellent selection of drinks inside, as well as several other "high-demand" items for folks on the go. Now, let me note the negatives of this station. The place has very low curb appeal, especially with most of the signs being out-dated and/or significantly weathered. Arco does not accept credit cards, which is OK with me, but the four external cash-acceptance stations rarely work all at once. In fact, usually only half of them work properly, and your job is to either guess the ones that work or go inside to pay the cashier; which really frustrates any customer that needs to gas up quickly and go. The video monitors at each of the gas pumps, well, they are totally annoying. The funds used to integrate these into the gas pumps could have been more wisely spent elsewhere, like making sure the external cash stations are always working properly. Also, many times when I visit this station I am approached by some type of shady individual, begging for "gas money." This just completely creeps me out, especially when these individuals are aggressive, and asking me for money as I'm inserting 20-dollar-bills into the cash machine that is actually working this time. In summary, I will continue to occasionally visit this station, but primarily because my options are minimal. If you don't live nearby, you should consider other options available to you. read more

Are you kidding? You have to PAY to use the bathroom even if you're getting gas? That's ridiculous. You own a gas station. Having a public restroom is basically part of the service. Now I have to drive my pregnant self 15 more minutes to find a place to pee because who carries quarters anymore. This place is a dump. Their restroom is not available, but they do sell food products. We came in here and filled up a large SUV with premium gas and could not have my kids use the restroom. I was told corporate will not open them up because of the China virus. My grandchild was in need of using a restroom and the inconvenience was not acceptable. Since you sell food then do not have restrooms available, which is not acceptable according to the health department. read more

This place is a dump. The car wash only accepts coins, no bills. They have no sign on it to explain that. Went inside to break change. Have to buy something... Bought a dollar item and got change... Back through the car wash I go... Just to find out it doesn't accept bills... back inside I go to tell them their machine doesn't accept bills... She says it takes coins... okay well who wants to put 9 dollars in quarters? Suggested she puts a sign up that says it doesn't take cash... I like Arco gas and would recommend it to anyone but this particular station can be annoying at times, the first annoyance I always seem to notice is that alot of the pay stations are out of order and they don't always post that they are out of order which causes me frustration and have to go in side to pay and complain about the pay station not working and I have encoutered other problems such as the computer is down at the pay station and you have to go inside to pay, this can be annoying at times, sometimes the windshield cleaning tools are missing at the pumps and you have to walk over to another pump and take cleaning tools and supplies from there, also a hassle, but all in all the employees are nice and also helpful and the gas is great, gas is also affordable than some other comparable gas stations it is also the most convenient of affordable gas stations in Rosamond but the most busiest always, before they remodeled the station they did have a little better services than they do now. The station store is always clean and has appealing products they offer, the new pumps when they are working also are faster at pumping the gas more than ever, I have been using this station for many years now but really prefer the Arco in Lancaster but when needing gas you have to use the station that is most convenient, I would of given this station less stars than I did but for reason due to nice friendly employees and great gas and they offer lots of high quality products read more
