I came to JFC after having a previously trusted mechanic shop do damage to my subaru. The previous shop turned a 90000 mile service into a replacement of my front stability bar and control arms and created all kinds of ground and clicks and problems that didn't exist before I took it into them. I was certain my vehicle had been permanently damaged by this other shop. Then a colleage recommend JFC. I cannot praise enough the trust and joy I have in the work Fernando at JFC did. My Subaru is not just fixed of the damage done at another shop, at 90000 miles its driving better than ever. The price I paid was more than fair and less than 1/2 what the dealership wanted to charge me to fix the struts and repair damage created by installing ill-fitting parts on my vehicle and without the same level of communication and trust. Finding a trustworthy and skilled mechanic is a treasure and I have found that treasue at JFC. We have four vehicles in our family and we will be taking all of them to JFC. read more

This is a small business run by a Father and son. I was helped by the son, I forgot his name but he was so welcoming and truly went above and beyond to explain more about what my car might need in the near future. I went for an oil change and tire rotation. They were done in a timely matter and their price isn't anything too crazy. It is $80 for a full synthetic oil change, which I usually end up spending $120 at jiffy lube. For the women like me who don't know much about cars I can appreciate good mechanics who aren't trying to rip you off. I will most likely come back again. Bought a Groupon deal last night for a discounted oil change from JFC Auto Repair, good until 10/2022. The deal indicated to call for an appointment. The call went as follows: Me: I'm calling to schedule an appointment for an oil change. JFC: Is this for Groupon? Me: Yes. JFC: Ok.... When do you want to come in? Me: Well, today would be great. JFC: ...Oh, you need to give us a list of dates. Me: ...Ok, well then, beside today (Tues), then tomorrow (Wednesday), Thursday, Friday-- JFC: Oh, actually, we canceled with Groupon. Yeah... Me: What are you talking about? When? No you didn't. I just bought it last night. This Groupon is still for sale. JFC: Yeah, it's canceled. Me: @&$%#!!!.... JFC was not helpful over the phone, did not recommend any course of action, was not concerned at all about the issue, and is either incompetent or actively committing fraud. My car needed a few things and Cesar was always there to explain the process, and was very reliable. He kept me up to date on pricing, ordering of the parts he needed, and when he started/finished the car. I asked 9765 questions and he explained everything thoroughly. Price was the most fair I've ever seen. He also provided a ride back to work while I left my car there and picked me up when the car was done.
