Asked the service manager if I needed to reschedule due to the fact I needed to be at an appointment at 11:00 am with a half hour drive involved. Zack assured me that I would be on the road at 10:30 am. At 10:40 am my vehicle was done and in reviewing the bill noticed some unknown charges. Discussed what was requested and charges were removed. Don't appreciate being told something that they couldn't make happen. Truly disappointed in the lack of customer service.

I went in and asked if I purchased new wipers from them, could they install them for me. John said, "Yes!" and proceeded to show me the wipers they had available. I don't write reviews, but I finally had to make my first review today after the customer service i…read morereceived today at the parsons orileys. I went in with some Pretty rare engine parts off my boat that I'm restoring, and asked the clerk for a minor miracle to see if they had the parts. Low and behold, the woman behind the counter found everything I needed and even helped me find the parts that they were not able to carry. She also went above and beyond and spent and entire hour looking at old boat part catalogs just to make sure I had the write part numbers so I could find the parts online. Whatever orileys is paying this woman, clearly is not enough. She needs to be paid double her salary, because in the last 10 years orileys has went from hiring people who were knowledge about car parts, to hiring useless people who know more about the cars they drive on thier Xbox video games. The lady today reminded me what shucks / orileys used to be a decade ago when you could call up and get legitimate help. For the love of God, hire more people like her and pay them what they deserve, best customer service I have received in a long long time
