Don't trust this guy Kevin Botts: Owner/General Manager: kbotts@qualitymotors.com from Quality Toyota of Independence,KS. He's like a bad car salesman! He tried to imply that some one else may have done the damage to my car! Then he personally tried to clean the Headliner and made it worse! Now this was the final attempt to try to resolve the problem. I had told Mr. Botts that I had contacted my Insurance Company to take care of the matter because he seem to think that headliner is acceptable with a little more cleaning! I also asked him about his insurance and was not willing to give it to me. Now I need your help out there tell Mr. Botts that this is unacceptable my car is new and there employees are the ones that his problem! Share this with as many people as you can!
