The bonus was, after having to cancel on them for an initial request because the seller thought he found a different buyer, I was able to set another appointment with super short notice and these movers pulled through! One minor thing to be aware of: They told me during the move that they include the time it takes them to drive to the initial moving site and back to their home from the moving site in their total time. It wasn't a big deal, but I purchased the Groupon, which doesn't mention this in the fine print. That was the only little surprise. Otherwise, no hidden fees. My furniture packed, moved and unpacked was estimated at 2 hours and it came in just under since they worked so well as a team. They padded and wrapped my furniture to keep it safe and clean and everything arrived in good condition as they unpadded and unwrapped it as they placed it where I requested.
