The logistics of visiting this place is terrible. I would give it a zero star if I could. There's…read moreno free parking. You are forced to park in a parking lot which charges $4 after 30 minutes and KEEPS GOING UP the longer you are there. There's no parking validation. When I was there a lady tried to pay with her iPhone and it didn't work. She then tried with credit card and that also didn't work. It held up the whole exit queue. It doesn't take cash and there's no human attendant. This is not the fault of Labcorp. They don't own the building they are just a tenant here. For the actual service inside Labcorp it's good. But you're constantly checking the clock to make sure you are not over 30 minutes due to parking. Which is very stressful for an already stressful situation. This is the only Labcorp location I've ever been to that charges for parking. Just go to the location in Fountain Valley. There are TWO locations with FREE parking within the same hospital (Memorial Care). P.S. If you ask ChatGPT or Gemini for parking tips they might tell you to park across the street or on the street. This is not viable. Across the street there is a medical plaza but they enforce parking very strictly. If you try to park there you are likely to get towed. Also street parking is impossible there's very few spaces. Just go to Memorial Care.

I don't understand all the 1 star, it's possible the tech working here w low rating no longer works…read morehere. We are both cancer survivors and have to get blood works frequently, I'm grateful daddy is in the WH, I was paying $900 a month premium a month so Newsom can give free health care to migrants. Don't let anybody tell you otherwise, things are getting better since 11/5/2024. I have changed Quest Diagnostic many times, this one is the last time I have to do so, the worst one is next to Fountain Valley hospital, the wait was up to 1 hour, the room was full of migrants they probably had TB or other pulmonary diseases, they coughed their brain out and I was fearful we would both die from caching TB as said above, we are both immunocompromized, btw keep our health care excellence, most cancer patients are dead in Canada, in America you die w cancer and rarely die OF CANCER. The 3 Quest offices in and near OC Memorial hospital, the wait was ridiculous up to 40 minutes maybe 15 min w appointements and you spend 25 minutes looking for parking, this office has been here for years, I can't understand why I never thought about coming here. The tech was quiet but she did her job, it's Ok, I don't need to chat, just get my blood work done and get out fast! I'm totally shocked the results were in 24 hrs, it used to take a week and it was like pulling teeth, I had to call them to demand my results, geez, what was their problem so trust me, my reviews are 100% accurate, the good, the bad and the ugly, I never sugarcoat anything. I'll post this on Google soon, it's not fair the low rating hurting their business. Everything is cool except my A1C, I have been eating too much rice with HAINAN CHICKEN 3X, I usually don't eat rice, bread chocolate, I don't like starchy food in general but the glutinous rice in rice cake killed my A1C, I have to stop any more Hainan chicken rice or I will get diabetes. The parking here is great, plenty of parking, altogether I saved 1 hour coming here.

Took both my kids (aged 10 and 12) in to get their blood drawn. Upon entry, we checked in, and the…read morekiosk requested for us to scan our insurance cards, which I didn't have on me. I asked one staff if it was possible to check in without the insurance card and if they had it on file. She was rude and dismissive but I didn't let it bother me, as it was 7:40am and I'm sure the staff are tired and busy. When it was time for my 10 year old to get his bloodwork, the plebotomist named Zenaib, sat him down and didn't greet any of us. No simple hellos, no smiles, no words of encouragement. Given that children are nervous to get blood drawn, you would think she'd cared a little bit to be gracious in her demeanor. It doesn't end there... She inserted the needle and couldn't find the vein and started FISHING around his vein with the needle. My son was already crying after she fished for the vein 6 times. She didn't care. Again, no words of encouragement! She moved the needle around under his skin NINE times!!!!!!!!! I had to intervene and told her to stop. Had I not, I'm unsure how much longer she'd fish around! Once she took the needle out, she didn't even address my son (who's profusely crying), nor did she give me any directives on next steps. I requested for someone else who's more experienced with the "little ones". The other Plebotomists indicated that they're all "trained" the same, in which I highly doubt. At this point, I had to remain super calm (and nice), despite the frustration, as I wanted my son to have a successful blood draw after the first fiasco. Rita, who drew blood from my daughter attempted one time successfully, so we requested for her to try my other son's arm. She wasn't the most personable person either, but at least she got the job done successfully on one try. I asked another Phlebotomist on the way out how many times they typically fish for a vein before they stop and she told me three. Only THREE times!!! It blows my mind how Zenaib would fish NINE times!!!! Yes! I counted! I would greatly despise that experience for myself, much less for any child! Only 1 out of the 3 Phebotomists here are friendly and personable. Is a smile and a hello hard to come by nowadays? I don't need it as an adult, but when children come in, I'm hoping they would be more gracious to them in the future. I personally would not be back to this location (heck- I may even stop going to Quest in general). If you do go, avoid Zenaib, especially if you bring in your child.

Review for Thomas Bowers - OC Home Blood Draw…read more As someone who works in the medical space, I have a sharp eye for sterile technique, professionalism, and quality care--and Thomas Bowers absolutely exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, his process was flawless. Thomas arrived exactly on time, followed every procedural step with precision, and executed the blood draw so smoothly I didn't even feel the needle go in. That level of skill alone deserves praise. But what truly stood out was his attention to detail, calm demeanor, and the respect he showed for both the clinical process and my home environment. After the draw, he personally delivered my samples to Quest and followed up via text to ensure everything was handled. And just when I thought the experience couldn't be more impressive, I received a beautiful thank you card featuring a photo of elephants--an unexpected, thoughtful touch that now sits proudly in my home. Thomas is a class act. This is concierge-level care with clinical-grade precision. I've already referred him to several friends and can confidently say he'll be my go-to for all future blood draws.
