The techs seem unable to smile or make you feel confident in the care you are receiving. I felt like a bother to them. Yes, they were fast, too fast, focused on that instead of me. Other than that, the facility was clean, office staff were professional and courteous, radiologist report was fast, schefuling was mediocre...long wait times on the phone. Leave messages and don't get called back. I called and left a message on the Radiology Ditector's voicemail to ask a question about my exam. She never called back. I started having a hard time breathing and felt like my asthma was flaring again after years of it laying dormant. I started the process by making an appointment online which was super quick and easy. I selected this location because I work 6 minutes away from Texas Breeze Addison. The PA called me before heading that way to let me know a few medicines they were out of so I wouldn't waste my time and I greatly appreciated that effort. Thankfully, I wasn't interested in that anyways. After walking in, the receptionist took care of my check in process. It took less than 5 minutes and honestly my wait was less than 3 minutes. A day later and I'm already turning a corner and starting to feel better. The NP took my vitals, listened to my concerns, and ensured all of my information was accurate in the system. She explained that one person was in from of me then the PA would be in to take care of me. The PA came in and listened to my concerns, and suggested a great plan for me that made the most sense. The entire process was super quick and easy. I walked in the clinic at 8:45 and I walked out at 9:20. The facility was incredibly clean as well and it looked emasculate.

I'm very glad that they're still able to remain open because if the bill hadn't been vetoed- you know which bill -then they would've had to close on September 1. Everything was speedy and friendly with a high level of care. I asked many questions and they answered all of them thoroughly. I also asked for some ice packs and other questions on care and they provided me with some items to help me along the way. They also printed out some instructions for me. Really nice staff -- capable, considerate, professional. I would absolutely go back and recommend others who need urgent care. Also, within 48 hours i received a call asking for me to check with them. Called the number and immediately was placed through to a person who again verified I was following instructions and doing okay.

Due to circumstances, I ended up at Advance ER and came away extremely impressed with the staff and facility. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Facility, Return) Atmosphere - I was immediately greeted upon walking in and directed to sit in a very nice waiting area. While this is a full emergency room, I felt like I was in a nicely decorated doctor's office. It made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. 1 Star. Service - The staff went above and beyond. I explained my situation, provided my ID and info, and the helped me throughout the process including assisting with paperwork. Each of the nurses on staff were also helpful, treated me with respect, and the whole time I felt very at ease. 1 Star. Facility - This is the most impressive part of Advance ER. It's like a hospital floor, with a nursing station and examination rooms. Also, they can do everything on site, like imaging, blood and urine work, and more. This makes it very convenient because I didn't have to go to different offices. Everything I needed was done at Advance ER. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes (actually No, because it means something happened to me ).
