If the tool breaks, just take it back and they will give you a new one, no receipt needed. The warranty on their power tools is pretty much what is standard in the industry. However, if you buy the extended warranty, you can use a tool for a year and then return it to get a brand new tool, even if there is nothing wrong with it. Granted, most of their tools are not made in the U.S. but who can afford tools made here anymore? The tools that they sell are good enough for home use. I use them at work in a machine shop environment but that is not hard usage for them. They might not hold up well in an environment like an auto shop where tools are usually subjected to hard use. They have just about everything that you might need at really great prices. Most of what they carry are tools and tool related, but they also have other items. They carry a selection of water pumps, gasoline engines, air compressors, motorcycle stands, and oddities like a tennis racket style bug zapper. They even carry some radio controlled toys. All at at affordable prices. They even have gun safes. You never know what you are going to find there. But perhaps the best thing about shopping at Harbor Freight is the wonderful customer service that you receive. Everyone that I have ever encountered there is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. And often, when I go up to check out, the cashier will notice that there is a coupon available for the item that I am purchasing, so they pull out a book of their advertisements, find the coupon and scan it saving me another couple of dollars off their already affordable prices.

The outlet stores feature a variety of 1st quality & 2nd quality goods, and have rotating specials where you can get a *REALLY* good deal on high quality cookware, serve ware & accessories. Most of the "2nds" are little tiny blemishes that do not affect the look or function of an item, so to get one at a huge mark off is totally worth it. With that preface out of the way, I can say that this is *the best* Le Creuset outlet I have been to as far as service & friendliness (the items & specials seem to be consistent across locations, service varies greatly). Our travels & adventures have taken us by most of the Le Creuset outlets in the region, and this one outpaces them all for service & friendliness. The two ladies working the day we visited (I wish I had gotten their names) both went above & beyond. One woman searched through the entire stack of skillets to find the most flawless 2nd they had. She didn't have to do that...but it was greatly appreciated. As a result of the very friendly service, we actually purchased more than we intended (although all were on my wishlist of items from Le Creuset). We walked away with a grill, a skillet, & a European butter crock...all for the cost of what we would have paid for the grill at a standard retailer. They also held our purchases for us until we were done shopping (because hauling around 2 cast iron pans would have been a pain...literally). This will be my go-to Le Creuset outlet from here on out since we find ourselves in the Cincy area pretty regularly. Thank you, Ladies!

This is for Colerain Twp location. False advertising to sum it up…read more Greeted by friendly associate who showed me to the items I saw online & was interested in. I had also brought print-outs with me. Advertisement and appliance was marked "LIKE NEW" which is described as "NO VISIBLE DAMAGE" on the item. They actually had two of this item on the floor. The one marked "LIKE NEW" has visible damage, literally on every side!!! Dents & scratches everywhere!! The other was marked "GOOD' and had one big dent in one side, & the other had a few smaller dents/marks but a lot less damage than the "LIKE NEW" item! When we mentioned it to the associate, he seemed salty in his response, like "I don't make the webpage or the signs, I just work here", then walked away & went back to doing something else. I felt it was not personal, just that he probably gets a lot of complaints & was frustrated. We thanked him when we left, he was pleasant & thanked us for coming in.

Timing was with me this week as I was looking for some flower pots and they are on sale - buy one get the second for 50% off. The price before the sale was already a good one, so off I went. Lots of inventory to choose from, too. It is fairly hit and miss, but one time they had sparkling water on sale for at least half the price sold in stores and generally they never go on sale. Had to check with hubby first and he gave me the green light as he is the one who drinks it and is also the one who normally doesn't like me to stockpile anything no matter the price. I did not clear them out at once. I went every couple of days to let other shoppers take advantage. Surprisingly, they even carry furniture and outdoor canopies with netting that looks fairly nice. If you haven't been, it might be worth it to you.

They offer a number of European and Asian food products that you might not find anywhere else. I find any big lots will have drinks on the shelves that may have been there for years. You have to be a regular shopper at their stores, but you may see the same items sit for a rather long time. That doesn't really seem to happen with the food, in general, and shouldn't be a problem for anything else, unless they don't dust. It makes sense to sign up for their rewards card, as they run specials for rewards members, as well as discounts after so many purchases.
