This place is a gem of a lawnmower shop. I'm normally the type of person who after x years feels…read moreit's cheaper to throw a non-working mower (or anything really) away and getting a new one, especially when it's falling apart and the engine is shot, but thanks to these guys, I've been able to squeeze a few more years out of our lawn gear and am surprised at the variety of parts they carry. Case in point, the fuel line on a leaf Home Depot blower was broken off and I knew the rest of the blower was just fine. I googled around online and it would have cost $30 for a piece of rubber tube so I stopped by these guys and boom, they pull out a spool of the stuff, measure what I need and I was on my way after a few bucks. They have a lot of other parts whether it's blades, O-rings, spark plugs, etc. too. I've never dropped anything off for repairs but again, that's a choice you have to make to see whether it's worth it. As someone who is familiar with service and repairs, I'd imagine nobody wants to be micromanaged so I can understand how they would not be thrilled to be asked what was done after the fact.

After it was delivered, they kept the lawnmower for several weeks. When I received a phone call I went over to the shop. The owner told me I needed a tune up. The oil was black. The filter was dirty. I tuned the lawnmower a week before I had it delivered. He marched out to the lawnmower and told me I was wrong. He took off the filter cover and it was brand new! He still argued with me and he charged me for the tune up!!! I do not know how to add a photo, but the blade is an old, used blade. It does NOT cut. I wonder if he even changed the blade!? Did they even check for damage to the engine due to the fact i ran over an object. Untrustworthy. I went back to dispute the charges. The blade is at least 3/4 rusted. He told me I was wrong. i have to mow the lawn twice. And then weed eat over the entire area. Blades of grass are sticking up randomly. he implied I was lying.
