Great tools there at normal prices. But I never had any luck at all getting saw blades sharpened there. Long ago there was a great place for sharpening named MVP but it is no longer in business. I had previously given this place a good review, but after a recent experience not so much. A 2 week table saw repair ended up being 34 days. I called Robert multiple times to get an update on the status of my table saw, but evidently he doesn't return calls. I even asked for a supervisor to return my call no response either. We have been going to CS for years - and I cannot believe I have never put up a review. The knowledge base here amongst employees is epic. We have them do everything from sharpen our chainsaw to repair nail guns to everything else (like special order bits and blades). I'm always astonished when they get dinged for the time it takes to be served. There is a number system. This is not the "big box store" experience; this is getting the PRIVILEGE to work with folks who honestly care that you get what you need in a way that gives you the right solution. That takes time. What amazing customer service! I stopped in to see if they could possibly cut some metal tool rails that were slightly too long...or recommend someone who could. The hacksaw I had at home was not working out. I don't believe this is a service they normally do, but the staff were quick to help me and cut the rails a couple of inches shorter for me. Don't Buy Here !!!! I bought an item online . Received a statement of payment. Then roughly a week later I received an email from Circle saw . The email said that the price listed was wrong and the new price was ten ( 10) times the amount I had just payed. They said it was a computer problem. I responded with that is not listed for that price and you should honor your listed price . No Response at all . I think they are running some type of online scam ! A bait and switch con game ! The only local warranty center for many brands of tools. I took an item in for warranty. Noticed tbey had a great inventory and selection. However, the folks behind the counter were slow, uncaring, and could give a damn. Took me forever to get waited upon. They said two weeks. I called them at three weeks. Nope nit yet, maybe next week. 4th week. A phone call, it was ready. Ho yo pick it up, there are two people working the counter. Teo othets begind desk. No one inder 60, no one acknowledged presence. Two people at counter in front of me. Im next. 20 minutes. I picked up a few items i needed, about $160.00 worth. When i finally got to counter, i asked for a specific part. Tbe person behind the counter asked another about it. His answer. "TELL HIM TO GET IS ASS TO HOME DEPOT" Nroblem buddy. All my potental purchases went back on the shelf. I picked up my warranty repair. AND I WILL NEVER DARKEN THEIR DOOR AGAIN. i will gladly take his suggestion and shop elsewhere. read more

Fantastic service and great selection of tools, even for an Arborist like me. They carry Husqvarna & Echo chain saws and service them as well. I recently started using a Husqvarna T435 top handle chain saw after using the Stihl MS192, for many years. I am extremely happy with my new chain saw and the service department. Parts do take a while to get ordered into the store but I don't blame the store. These people deal with lots of different tools and they have a great selection in the store. They came when they said they would come. The pricing was brought forward in advance. They don't charge by the hour but they charge by what the job is. The technician stayed on the job until it was completed. The work appears to be satisfactory. I think their pricing was on the high side but I get the quality on the other hand. I needed to get several cobalt drill bits sharpened in a hurry for a job that was at a stand-still waiting for these bits. When I explained my circumstances, they had my bits sharpened within the hour. The bits are cutting well. I'm very happy with the service and would recommend them to everyone.
