The truck is huge and our driveway somewhat narrow but he carefully backed down the spot we wanted the gravel. Then he pulled forward to put the rest of the gravel near the street (as that area has worn thin despite raking). Very reasonable price, free delivery and excellent customer service/friendly and polite driver. We will definitely be calling them again soon! I took a door with hinges to ID &M to ask if they would suggest some kind of a swap to smaller hinges. Two men worked with it for about 20 minutes and gave me two smaller hinges and suggestions to do the switch. They would not accept compensation for their time and materials. Happy to say that today I installed the new hinges; they fit perfectly and now my equipment fits. What a professional class act.
