They were able to use google maps to do a virtual visit and provide a quote within a few hours. I had questions and wanted to modify a few things and they were really easy to communicate with. Once they were able to work again I got an email that day letting me know, and were able to get us scheduled in right away - even working on a tight timeframe to accommodate our dog situation. The truck is huge and our driveway somewhat narrow but he carefully backed down the spot we wanted the gravel. Then he pulled forward to put the rest of the gravel near the street (as that area has worn thin despite raking). Then I called Bigfoot Excavation. Heath came out that day to talk about the job and squeezed me in despite his full schedule.
