The finish work was detailed and site was left clean and lovely. We did experience a single dispute occurring at the end of the project. While we had the verbal assurance from the project manager he would keep us apprised of cost overruns, we received a staggering surprise at the end of project, only with the final billing. When disputes or misunderstandings occur, there is always a lesson for both parties involved. We have learned with future projects to have all our requests in writing prior to implementing and making down payment for the job. Verbal sales statements are never enough no matter how sincerely made. We have learned to demand accounting toward the original contract, and to demand the new estimate of costs of new issues in labor and materials, as they occur. This clearly keeps all parties on the same page. In our case, we expected some cost overrun, but were unaware of the change order resulting in an overall 38% cost increase. While we did verbally discuss some rot issues and the placement of a new support pole, we had no change of order workplan to sign off our understanding of the potential increase in cost range. We are grateful to the owner and the project manager for reviewing our dispute, coming to an agreement for 31% above the final contract amount, after review of receipts and labor log. Had it not been for a breakdown in communication and lack of written understanding for both parties, this job clearly would have been a 5 star!!!!

Work was hit or miss with very little communication from them on when they would actually be working on our kitchen. Scheduled start date was pushed back over a week and we had no clue when they might show up. Original estimate labor cost was 100% lower than the final bill. Asked several times for an updated estimate that was never done. Counter top was damaged, no reply from them when that was pointed out. Would not recommend this company.

This was not an easy house to paint, very steep roof lines and a lot of trim work involved which required getting on very tall ladders (not for the feint at heart). The gutter down spouts were removed before painting and they were even washed before re installation. There was absolutely zero cleanup after they finished. They left the extra paint of which there isn't very much, maybe 2 1/2 gallons after painting a 5,000 sq.ft. house. Highly recommended

RMV completed a new roof installation for our shop. The work was really well done…read more We requested fascia wrapping to prevent rot. RMV executed the wrapping perfectly, folding the edges to ensure zero exposed fasteners. A skylight was added. The installation method is robust, ensuring a leak-proof seal. Rudy personally handled the addition of 24-inch overhangs around the perimeter. After one year, which included periods of heavy rain, we have experienced zero issues. We went with white so the shop remains cooler in the summer, and reflected light from the roof now brightens up our kitchen. RMV delivered excellent results and custom work. I highly recommend them! Right around the beginning of December Aaron paid Fidel Ortiz or Miguel Perez, we are not sure what his actual name is... Half down to put a new roof on our house we have a signed contract and a receipt for the money that he gave him. The materials were supposed to be delivered in 7 to 10 business days. After week three we had heard nothing from him and no materials were delivered. Aaron begin calling, texting, emailing no word. We called a mutual friend that recommended him. She reached out to him and he called us immediately. December 28 and 29th he and his crew came and tore off half of our roof. They left their truck parked out front of our house for a week, then came last Friday and remove the other half of our roof. Still, no materials were delivered here as they were supposed to be. As you all know, we had a storm this week. I've attached one video that absolutely does not do the amount of water coming into our house justice. So of course, we begin to call, text, email him with no response. So once again, I reach out to our mutual friend she gives him a call, he calls Aaron back left a voicemail saying he's been out of town. He didn't have his phone. What's the problem why are you calling our friend? As the water pours into our home. He shows up yesterday does a few things on the roof. Aaron leaves work because he sees him on our cameras, they talk and Aaron voice records what he says. He says that the materials came, but were the wrong color (where did they come? They were supposed to come here) that's why they aren't on the roof. Aaron says at this point I don't care what color they are, just put our roof on, he said OK let me go check on that. He has not returned. Left one voice message saying he had a flat tire. Aaron called the company that he ordered the materials through and there is no order for our address. We texted him last night and let him know that we would be moving forward if we didn't hear from him by the morning he has been warned. We have not heard from him. Please do not use this company let every single contractor real estate agent family, member anyone you know not to use this company. It's the middle of winter, and we are ready to go into the coldest spell we've had and we have no roof on our house! Anyone has any idea how to get this process started please private message me and I will pass it on.
