We went with arborist. Deck bid- Building a large floating deck for base of greenhouse. Very high bid for labor, bid was not detailed enough. Didn't break down ttl cost lumber pkg, labor cost was only thing detailed. Got vibe they didn't want to communicate or interested in job. This is incredibly important job to me so went with different company.

He helped us create a plan to accommodate all our needs, then built a fence that had to go up and down hills and through the woods in places.
