For those with teslas, they come with foam attached to the inside of the tire for road noise dampening. It is quite common for the foam to come loose and result in vibration in high speeds (more than 60mph). The foam removal will fix this though you will notice an increase in road noise.

After check the Vietnamese guy told me that they can't to the rotation due to the puncture. I asked why you can't and they told me that the punctured was on the wall.
