Mobile Wheel Repair saved the day! I unfortunately hit a pothole, got a flat and ultimately ripped my tire. I was stranded on a side road (fortunately not the main road) and started calling tire dealers and trying to figure out how I was going to tow my car. It was a miserable experience until one of my friends recommended Mobile Wheel Repair. I texted the number and Robert called me right away. We walked through the scenarios and he showed up onsite quickly. He tried multiple ways to repair the tire but unfortunately it was not salvageable. He was able to secure a normally special order tire local, picked it up and returned to install it so I never had to move my car. He has all the tools and equipment and put a great tire on my car to get me back on my way. Let me tell you this could have been a really bad situation! I was driving my executive around and needed to get him back to San Francisco by a certain time. I am not sure I could have done that without Mobile Wheel Repair's help. Huge thank you!!

My 24rs were in bad shape. Other wheel repair shops refused to fix them. They didn't have the talent to do the work.

On…read moreThursday 10/15/26 after 8pm, I utilized Yelp to find a shop that could perform an alignment on my 2004 Mercedes-Benz C230 Kompressor Sport on very short notice--I needed it done by the next day. After reaching out to 10 local shops (many of which don't even service Mercedes), 8 responded within 10 hours with quotes ranging widely from $100 to $229. Based on a close friend's strong recommendation--who has trusted this shop with his vehicles for over 20 years--I chose Morin for their competitive $120 quote. Via Yelp!, I messaged Richard, the owner, and wanted an appointment for Friday 10/16/26 at 10:30 AM. Richard said I can come anytime. So, I did. I ended up arriving an hour early, just before 9:30 AM, but was greeted immediately. The staff already knew who I was and recognized my car. Noticing my brand-new tires, the technician sharp-sightedly asked why I needed the alignment and what other work had been done. I explained that I'd just had a mechanic replace lower control arm and tie rods, front brakes, front rotors, change all four tires, rear shock absorbers, rear suspension coil springs...and that the tire shop down the road told me to get an alignment right away. My total wait time was only about an hour. Midway through the job, Richard came out to recommend a front camber adjustment. He quoted me $180 total--just $60 more than the original alignment-only price. Given the complexity of a Mercedes suspension, it was incredibly fair and well worth the money. The results are absolutely amazing. The car drives perfectly straight, glides effortlessly, and honestly feels like a brand-new car again! The ride quality is superb. Morin has officially earned a regular customer. I've already referred them to my neighbor, who will be visiting soon. Thank you, Richard and the Morin team, for your integrity, fair prices, efficiency, and fantastic communication. Awesome job well done!

TL;DR: Incompetence at its worst. Save your energy and money, support local…read more My recent experience at this Big O Tires started with hope for a straightforward service--new tires and an oil change. Let me tell you about both. The Tire Service: When I called to book the appointment, I explicitly stated which tires I wanted (Michelin Defender 2s) and was told they would figure out the sizing when I arrived. Despite having three days to look up my vehicle information, they didn't have the right tires in stock. The guy was like, "hey you gave me the wrong tire size and we don't have those". wtf?? I have never in my life given someone a tire size. Until today I thought it was either L or XL. He wrote the wrong size and tried to gaslight me then told me if to come back the next day if I still wanted the tires. I declined and said I would just get the oil change but he called the warehouse and said if I give them an additional 1.5 hrs, they would get could get the tires. I mean, ok...he was so proud of himself like he problem-solved world hunger--it's his job and scrambling to correct a mistake he made is the bare minimum. To make matters worse, the workmanship was sloppy. After installation, I checked my tire pressure (avg 33/34 PSI) and found the PSI ranging between 38-40. I mean, it's a tire shop where you would a professional experience with no mistakes to the tires. Oh then they tried to add a $155 "lifetime tire warranty" or something fee to my bill and I had them take it off. Buyer beware and double-check your invoice. The Oil Change & Inspection: The service was just as frustrating. I was promised a "20-point inspection," yet I left with zero paperwork documenting it and no service sticker in my car to track my next mileage interval. When I called to follow up, I was told someone would call me back in 10 minutes; they never did. When I called back half an hour later, I was told my brake fluid was low--information I should have been given in person so I could have it addressed immediately. When I asked for a copy of the inspection report, I was told they couldn't email or "fax" (?) it because he only had a physical copy and that I would have to drive back to pick it up, which is absurdly inconvenient. I mean, take a pic and text it. Pretty standard. Bottom Line: The only "pros" are that the staff was polite and the online appointment system works. Beyond that, the lack of organization, the hidden fees, and the failure to perform basic professional checks make this place not worth your time or money. Save yourself the headache and support a local shop instead.
