Mojo, our dog at FAST Tracks

This is a great place. My dog came back in prefect order. We have a very attached dog, high anxiety. He tends to go every where with us, Fast Tracks took great care of our dog and made him feel like he was at home. I highly recommend FAST TRACKS!

Oliver loves going to pup school!

Our pup's favorite place to play! We did the daycare and train option and it was fantastic. The trainers are friendly, informative, and willing to work extra with my family succeed with at home training. Oliver is so smart and a very good dog. He has learned and matured a lot with their guidance. Boarding and grooming options have been phenomenal as well. We used to board our previous dog there and they took great care of her and her needs (doggie wheelchair and all). We always knew she was safe, comfortable, and having fun. I highly recommend Fast Tracks for all pup needs!

Shear Bliss Pet Salon - Allie looking pretty!

I brought my 11-month-old Labrador here for his very first grooming appointment based on positive…read morepast experiences years ago. While the staff was polite, the overall experience was disappointing. I paid for a full grooming package. After picking him up, it was clear that several of those services were not completed and his shedding was noticeably worse than before the appointment, which was the main reason I booked the service. At pickup, the interaction felt somewhat rushed and tense. I was told that my dog had been difficult and was stressing other dogs, which made the experience uncomfortable, especially since this was not communicated during the appointment itself. I understand that grooming environments can be challenging, but clearer communication and a more professional, reassuring approach would have gone a long way. I understand that younger dogs can be nervous during their first groom, and I absolutely support prioritizing a dog's safety and comfort. However, I was not informed at pickup that multiple services had been skipped, nor was any partial refund offered afterward, despite acknowledging that not everything was completed. Communication and transparency go a long way, especially with dog owners. I would recommend that future clients ask very clear questions ahead of time about what will happen if they decide a dog cannot tolerate parts of the grooming process. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others.

Short version: if you don't want the whole story, my dog's hair was shaved down without consent,…read moreand was also hurt twice with nothing disclosed either time. Long version: Five visits total for grooming here, and Allie is the only groomer there, so this isn't some fluke with a new hire. The first few visits were genuinely good, which honestly makes this harder to write. The last two went bad, and this last one is why I'm never going back. The visit right before this one, Allie cut him and never said a word about it, I found it myself afterward. That same appointment, she also did his nails, and that's the point where he started showing real fear about having his nails touched, which he'd never done before. Honestly, at the time I didn't think much of it. Looking back now, after everything that happened this last visit, I think I understand exactly why. This visit, one instruction: just a touch-up, nothing drastic, something we'd done before without a hitch. The groomer actually repeated the instructions back to me at drop-off so there'd be no confusion. He's a Coton de Tulear, so for anyone picturing this, he normally has that nice, thick, full coat the breed is known for. I picked him up and all of his luscious cotton-like fur was gone, with zero communication from them beforehand: no call, no text, nothing. They said it was because of matting, but I brush him every single day without fail. I know there was no matting, and no reason at all that justified a full shave. His coat was in great shape when I dropped him off. When I asked, I was told they'd sent a text saying they had to go shorter. That never reached me. I went through my own messages myself, there's nothing there, no text, no notification, so a text I never actually got is somehow their entire reason for proceeding without ever actually talking to me first. Here's the part that really got me: when I called them out on this, someone from their team, Sam, told me point blank that if they don't hear back from a client soon enough, they simply can't complete the groom. So by their own words, the right move when I didn't respond, because there was nothing for me to respond to, was to stop, leave him exactly as he was, and call me. Instead they shaved him down completely with zero input from me, directly contradicting the policy they told me themselves. The sanitary trim that's supposed to come standard with the groom wasn't done either. I contacted the office, walked through everything, both incidents, and got a scripted response protecting Allie and then closing the door on the conversation; not once did they address my dog being cut on two separate visits. I didn't feel heard, and my dog, who can't speak up for himself, wasn't either. Looking back, I think he was already trying to show me something after that first cut and his issue with his nails, I just didn't connect it until it happened to him again. Whatever Allie was like when she started, right now her grooming has crossed into careless, honestly harmful territory, and I don't think she should be grooming pets at this point. Save your pet the risk and the trauma, go find someone who actually cares and knows what they're doing.
