The front desk assured me they could do the style and asked me to provide a reference photo when dropping him off. I did exactly that, confirmed with them multiple times, and even told them to call me if they weren't able to do it. They reassured me it would be no issue. Fast forward to pick-up--I was absolutely horrified. The haircut was nothing like what I asked for. It looked like the groomer completely ignored the reference photo, and worst of all, they didn't even bother calling me to discuss alternatives before butchering my dog's fur! I've posted before-and-after photos, including the style I requested so you can see for yourself how much of a disaster this was. The amount of hair they chopped off is shocking. The haircut I initially requested which Aloha agreed to. I won't be returning for grooming services, and I do not recommend Aloha Pet Resort & Spa if you care about how your pet is groomed! P.S. The photos are not displayed in the proper order. The images of the dog being groomed is what Aloha agreed to make him look like, the images with long fur laying down is what he looked like prior, and the images of him standing with short fur is what Aloha gave me.

The staff run the day much like a children's daycare center with group play, special activities and outdoor time, and naps. You even get a written report of their day and who they played with! For bdays, they will take a special picture of your pet and post it on their FB page. Love this place, because I always feel like they love my dog as much as I do!
