The dealers seem fine and good people but everything else is very sketchy about this place. First off there is no direct place to park your car. You need to park 2-3 blocks away in some shady neighborhood to actually find somewhere to park. Cars are jammed bumper to bumper in the lot, it's hard to get a really good look at whatever car you're trying to buy. The vehicle I was interested in buying wasn't to my liking so I walked away. Wouldn't recommend buying here. You're business is better off somewhere else

The price listed is not the walk out price they added and additional 2000$ and called it prep fees then 600$ for paperwork from a 13785$price for an Infiniti qx60 with scratches and dents .. I ask to negotiate and they said no negotiations . Theses guys have their workers writing good reviews on yelp to help them look good but I'm real and black !!

DO NOT!!! I REPEAT....DO NOT!!! BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS PLACE…read more I purchased two vehicles from this man one month apart from each other and nothing but problem and repairs since. Had I known early enough, I would've stayed clear from him the second time around. From the smallest things to the largest things. I am so serious about this post that I can meet you and show you all the text messages of him promising to make repairs and never making good on his word. I can show you the receipts from the repairs I've made and continue to make! As I type this review, I am at my wits end!! My vehicle is in the shop having the ENTIRE computer system replaced! He sells on "Offer Up" which is where I purchased my vehicle from. Sad because you have to rate them once you purchase so obviously you rate high because he seems so nice and you aren't aware of the mess you're walking right into. You can't take back your review either so naturally his stars on the site are as if he's doing such a great job. I can only imagine what all his other buyers are going through. Stay as far away from this dealer as you can!

This dealership has shown a complete lack of morals and ethics. I was sold a vehicle with multiple…read moreknown (to them) issues, and when those problems immediately surfaced, I was essentially told "too bad." I am a single mother and specifically needed a reliable vehicle. Instead, I experienced what I believe to be predatory sales practices. I was told it was my fault for not purchasing a more expensive vehicle--something I clearly stated I could not afford. That statement alone is inappropriate and predatory, especially when used to deflect responsibility for selling a defective car. Here is the timeline of issues: * Day of purchase: The key was already broken. I was told it would not affect the functionality of the vehicle. That was false. * The very next day: The car failed to recognize the key, locked itself, and left me unable to move the vehicle. * The following day: The battery had to be replaced. * Now: I am currently stranded 30 minutes from home with the car displaying engine issues. When I contacted Oscar, his response was to send me a picture of the warranty he aggressively pushed during the sale. That response strongly suggests he was aware of existing issues with the vehicle and prioritized protecting the dealership rather than selling a safe, functioning car. I have purchased several cars over the past 20 years so I'm aware about what this process entails and have never in my life dealt with this kind of attitude from a dealership. Selling a vehicle in this condition--especially to a single parent who clearly expressed financial and reliability concerns--is unacceptable. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, financial strain, and safety concerns. I would strongly caution others against doing business with this dealership. Updated 2-4-2026 I am updating my previous review because my experience with this dealership has continued to get worse. After I posted my original Google review, the dealership finally responded to my texts about the several issues with the vehicle. Prior to that review, those same problems were dismissed and ignored. They took 2 weeks to come and pick up the car to fix it. I was then pressured to remove my review and assured the car was fixed and safe to drive. When I received the vehicle back, it had new problems and is now undriveable. I attempted to resolve this through the warranty and was informed the vehicle requires approximately $4,000 in repairs that are not covered. These are significant mechanical issues, not cosmetic concerns. Mind you.. I spent almost 1k in Ubers and triple A and jumps and everuthing else I had to do to get home safety everytime the car decided to break down... oh and during a snow storm. Throughout this entire process, I was treated in an abrasive, dismissive, and condescending manner, treating me like I am an idiot simply because I am a female. The communication was so unproductive that I had to involve my brother in order to be taken seriously at all. I contacted my bank, and they reviewed the situation and immediately agreed to cancel the deal due to the condition of the vehicle, without hesitation. I let Oscar know this information and initially, the dealership stated they would place me into another car, but they later rescinded that offer, leaving me with an undriveable vehicle and thousands of dollars in repairs. This experience has been exhausting and unacceptable. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Didn't call before coming, which was an issue because the car was not at that location but at their other facility in Paterson, NJ 20 mins away. I should have gone back home but I kept on course. Once there, George greeted me and let me check out the car.The sales sticker was in the window for $16,789 which is what was listed on CarGurus. There were multiple scratches around the car and a 3-4 inch deep scratch with a dent on the roof that he claimed was likely due to a tree falling on it. The inner cover to the rear hatch was detached as well so He quickly explained that the car was about to be serviced and said it wasn't ready to be sold. I asked why was it being advertised and he said the deal could still be done but the car had to be repaired first. I asked if the price could come down & he tells me the price is based on financing only because they make more money that way. I was paying in cash so he said I can't get that price and it would be much higher. He shows me fine print from their website and I counter that I found the car on CarGurus. 'That's just a 3rd party place for us to advertise. The price will be higher if you pay cash.' I walked out!! Bait and switch. Fraudulent practices, and crappy dealership.

They claimed they understood but wanted me to park my truck at their dealership claiming because the car wasn't registered. I literally just received the registration in the mail and was given 2 weeks to register it as you would know i had temp tags. Long story short i traded in my C300 2016 Mercedes Benz as apart of my down payment in which the transmission was going. I was told i had three options to either receive a check for the difference in the damages M&P Auto fixed on the C300 or i could pay the Repo tab as well as the first car payment including remainder of down payment, or i could pay 4,200 for them to release my C300 2016 to me fixed. "Boy" was that a lie! they held my car for 47 days until i was released i brought another gentlemen with me so they could find out excatly the break down of the repairs that were done as well as to why i am paying 4200 for a car i own out right. i was screamed at by the owner and the guy who sold me the lexus truck to begin with. Treated completely disrespectfully. NOT the same treatment that i received when initially meeting the owner Muhamad and the sales guy Eric. I choose to leave and not go back and forth i was then sent a text that i would be charged now everyday that my car is on their lot waiting on my decision out of my three options. i NO longer wanted any parts of their vehicles, so i paid 4200 with no explanation on what was fixed nor a print out nor a legit receipt. i have pictures of Water in my trunk upon getting my car returned they even "claim" they forgot to give me my title back" the AC wasnt working once i got my car either. Once returned AC didnt work Water was in my trunk like under where the spare tired would be. I still have NO idea what i paid 4200 for. The customer service is horrible the way their sales is ran is uncanny. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Why am I being told the downpayment is worked out between I and the dealer and the car note is separate? Let's not even get into the text conversations that were full or condescension because I asked for CLARIFICATION about that. I have the screenshots, Felix! This will not be the only place I share this review. If you had a great experience, I am happy for you, but I refused to drive an hour to someone who says "The car note is between you and the bank. me and you will have own arrangement to help you out. if need be" What does that even mean? THAT is what I was trying to get clarification on, why am I paying YOU the downpayment and not the bank? Nevertheless, let's just say I read that, thanked him and said I think I'm going to go somewhere else. And boy was that a trigger! Full Conversation below: Me: I did express to whomever I was speaking with at the time that I was unable to meet the $2500. I was told 1k would be find and a payment arrangement would be worked out. I wanted clarification about it and was told to come in and see what could be done for me. That type of uncertainly is unsettling for me. I live an hour away. I am very transparent about what I can afford to do. I just would like clarification on this "payment arrangement" Felix (the Dealer): What wasn't transparent? We told you everything to which you agreed and said you will come Saturday and made an appointment. What's the confusion? Me: I just asked for clarification on the "payment arrangement" that's all. Me: I asked if it would be [separate] from the care note, that was the only question I had. *At this point I noticed his attitude and was immediately like forget it* Felix (the Dealer): the car note is between you and the bank. me and you will have our own arrangement to help you out. if need be. Me: I think I'll be going somewhere else. Thank you Felix (the Dealer): Because I answered your question? That makes sense lol Me: No, because of your tone. Thank you for your professionalism and time. Felix (the Dealer): I didn't know that texts show tone LOL Felix (the Dealer): So, like I said the care note is between you and the bank. Whatever down payment you put and what you need is between you and the dealership. I don't know what was so hard to understand or why you took offense. You were giddy with excitement on the phone when I said the same thing. What's the confusion? Me: As I explained above, I simply asked for clarification and explained my reasons why. Your response was with sarcasm and patronization. I will go somewhere else. And again, thank you for your professionalism and time. Felix (the Dealer): I answered directly the same exact way I answered you on the phone. It seems you are playing games or waiting time, which is fine but dont disrespect my time. I didn't know people could reason sarcasm via a text lol, don't assume what you don't [hear]. Have the day you deserve. Me: Thank you Felix (the Dealer): It was my absolute pleasure
