I can show you the receipts from the repairs I've made and continue to make! As I type this review, I am at my wits end!! My vehicle is in the shop having the ENTIRE computer system replaced! He sells on "Offer Up" which is where I purchased my vehicle from. Sad because you have to rate them once you purchase so obviously you rate high because he seems so nice and you aren't aware of the mess you're walking right into. You can't take back your review either so naturally his stars on the site are as if he's doing such a great job. I can only imagine what all his other buyers are going through. Once there, George greeted me and let me check out the car.The sales sticker was in the window for $16,789 which is what was listed on CarGurus. There were multiple scratches around the car and a 3-4 inch deep scratch with a dent on the roof that he claimed was likely due to a tree falling on it. The inner cover to the rear hatch was detached as well so He quickly explained that the car was about to be serviced and said it wasn't ready to be sold. I asked why was it being advertised and he said the deal could still be done but the car had to be repaired first. I asked if the price could come down & he tells me the price is based on financing only because they make more money that way. I was paying in cash so he said I can't get that price and it would be much higher. He shows me fine print from their website and I counter that I found the car on CarGurus. 'That's just a 3rd party place for us to advertise. The price will be higher if you pay cash.' I walked out!! Bait and switch. Fraudulent practices, and crappy dealership.

They did send me some undercarriage pictures before going. They were dark but what I could tell it was alright. I drove 3 hours to get down there and neither power door worked except manually. The the dvd player has buttons missing making it hard to operate. The rear seats wouldn't lock right, the one release for the middle seat was broken. I asked to take another for a ride as well. Again the sliding doors would only work manually. The cables were broken. When I brought this up I was told " it's an easy fix". But I know it's it and that's why they didn't fix it and mentioned this. I made an offer on the vehicle which would account for the items I found wrong and they wouldn't budge. They also advised, after asking, if there were additional fees and they said no. When they drew up the paper there was a near $800 title, registration, and documentation fee on there. I'm from out of state and those fees should be paid to my state. So I felt lied to that they said they would ensure the doors worked, there were no additional fees. I feel they thought if I took the three hours to drive there,I wouldn't leave empty handed. But I did. I told them my total budget allotted including taxes and kept trying to push different methods of me paying the difference such as they will pay and I just pay them. Nope. I told them several times I only have X amount. I offered what I felt was fair (about $1500 less). Nice people but bad practices. (The 2 stars is for their accomodations of showing me the second vehicle.)

I was told i had three options to either receive a check for the difference in the damages M&P Auto fixed on the C300 or i could pay the Repo tab as well as the first car payment including remainder of down payment, or i could pay 4,200 for them to release my C300 2016 to me fixed. "Boy" was that a lie! they held my car for 47 days until i was released i brought another gentlemen with me so they could find out excatly the break down of the repairs that were done as well as to why i am paying 4200 for a car i own out right. i was screamed at by the owner and the guy who sold me the lexus truck to begin with. Treated completely disrespectfully. NOT the same treatment that i received when initially meeting the owner Muhamad and the sales guy Eric. I choose to leave and not go back and forth i was then sent a text that i would be charged now everyday that my car is on their lot waiting on my decision out of my three options. i NO longer wanted any parts of their vehicles, so i paid 4200 with no explanation on what was fixed nor a print out nor a legit receipt. i have pictures of Water in my trunk upon getting my car returned they even "claim" they forgot to give me my title back" the AC wasnt working once i got my car either. His knowledge is impeccable and he gave me a significantly better deal than I would have paid at the other shop. My Mini Cooper (as seen in the pictures) was practically totaled when Joe got it. He dealt with my insurance company in a timely manner and helped me avoid the headache of using an unknown tow company.
