Last minute ride needed to Sacramento Airport and Terry was right on time. A most enjoyable and friendly trip. Thank you!

The driver was nice but the taxi was horrible. About 30 years old, VERy dirty, AC barely worked. Would not recommend to anyone unless in a very dire situation. Fast Taxi- invest in a safe, clean vehicle please! You are the only taxi in town. read more

Don't rely on this service! Both times we called ahead to see if we'd be able to get a ride. Both times we were told yes, but to call back later. Both times we called back later and were told there was no cars or that they wouldn't be available for hours. read more

Thank you Fast Taxi! I've been more than pleased with our local cab company! They are always on time for a reserved time, also wait times are always reasonable, thanks Phil, a very pleasant person, he is definitely a keeper read more

i called a hour before i needed pick up and they said i had to wait until i needed the ride. when i called at 11:30am they said it would be 30 minutes. horrble service. will not tip again. i think we need a second taxi service....possible an uber? how about someone going into business to give these a holes a run for their money. read more

two times I've called this taxi, and both times I've had to wait two hours! without being told that's how long it will take. Then the dispatcher wanted to argue with me as to how long I'd been waiting! read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The man who answered the phone was beyond rude and all I did was attempt to hire a taxi. Needless to say I changed my mind as did not feel comfortable using a service that treats potential customers so poorly. Too bad they are the only taxi service in town. read more

If I could give them zero I would. We called THREE times to get picked up. They insisted they called when they showed up but we were outside the entire time and they never showed up. To top it off, the guy answering the phone was super rude to me! 0 stars. Would not recommend. Worst service ever. We waited nearly 2 hours before giving up. read more

0 stars if possible. I was treated like a worthless customer at Fast Taxi, that they didn't need my business. I was quoted one price on a Sunday and then the next day(Monday) I was quoted $15 more for the same trip! I argued my point with the phone answerer and then the manager got on the phone and yelled at me the same quote the other person had and I told him the situation and he said "Look lady, I have other customers to deal with" and then he hung up on me. I don't care how long they have been in business or that they are the only taxi in town, there is no way I will use them, they probably wouldn't pick me up anyway! I only wish they some competition, I'll bet they lose most of their business. Come on, can't we get some competition for them read more

Ignore all the people upset because they are understaffed this service was great driver even called me to ask if i was ready for a pick up great and fast service love it read more

Outrageously expensive and disgustingly rude. I'd rather walk. There is no possible cause to treat people like they do.

I have been using Fast Taxi between 2 and 4 times a week for the past 3 months and I can say that every driver and dispatcher I have had contact with has been so incredibly nice. I could write a novel about my travels (mostly to and from work) with these amazing people. They are always on time and even let me pre-book taxi's so that I can know I have a way to work in the mornings! They are never late to pick me up and when I do have to call spur of the moment, they are super kind and happy to pick me up as soon as possible. I seriously adore these guys and gals! They are basically my superheros right now! I can not recommend them enough to anyone needing a ride around town!!! read more

Love them. Usually arrive quickly, unless they hit unforeseen issues. For the most part, the drivers are amazing. Few drivers in the past (like a driver named James A.) are a little odd, but they are fired quickly. I prefer Fast Taxi over the other taxi in town which tends to hire Fast Taxis rejects. read more

Called for a cab, told it would be an hour wait. Ok... Call back an hour and a half later and the rude dispatcher says they called three times (while we are sitting in LTE service with no missed calls, not to mention they never asked for a number), and they won't be coming back, then hangs up. Gee I wonder why Uber is killing taxi companies... read more

I've waited over an hour for a ride, after I called. Then I called a 4th time and canceled my ride. Total Bollocks!

All of the drivers are great! Very friendly, always on time, and extremely personable. Shane (the owner) has really brought fast taxi out of a hole if you ask me. The service is much better than previous years. Love fast taxi and appreciate the drivers and all their hard work. read more

So on Friday night, I called Fast Taxi to come and pick our party of 5 up and bring us to Nevada City. The operator "kindly" asked if any of us were larger. I told her, "I'm a hefty lady, but 4 of us can squeeze in the back" She said that would be fine and a taxi would be there in 20 minutes. My friends and I waited outside for the taxi to pull up. The unshowered, long haired man shows up and immediately is rude. Stating that there were too many of us and we all were too big and would not fit we'd have to take two trips. I told him that I told the woman on the phone that we had 5 people and we weren't willing to pay for two trips. He said "well she should of asked if you were skinny or fat because you all are too fat to fucking fit" I told him we could all squeeze and I'd sit on my husband's lap. Which he said would be illegal, I told him no matter if we were skinny or fat it's illegal for 4 people to sit in the back. Then as he drove off he yelled "you all are fucking c*nts!" I did call and report it to fast taxi, and was told I'd receive a call on Monday, I just thought I'd tell everyone about our horrible service. read more

The last time my boyfriend and I called there was a misunderstanding about our address (the county changed our street name a while ago so we were making sure they had the correct address to pick us up from). The dispatcher (an older woman) called my boyfriend a f*ggot and hung up on us. I then called back and asked to speak to a manager and the same woman yelled "I AM THE MANAGER YOU C*NT!" If I could give negative stars I would. read more

I called gold country cab to book a ride for the next morning, they never showed up so I called fast taxi. They were at my house in about 5 mins, the driver was extremely personable and nice and their fares are cheaper! read more

The worst. Called at 8:45 they said it would be an hour tops. Called back after an hour they said another 30 minutes. Called back after an hour said they showed up and no one was there. Called to complain and they hung up on me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Get your shit together "slow" taxi read more

No, no, no. I just took this cab to the Sacramento airport and it was awful. The driver pulled up and made no effort to pop the trunk despite clearly seeing that I had luggage, and only after I crammed everything into the back seat did he say "there's a trunk, you know." The cab reeked of cigarette smoke and the driver asked along the drive if he could smoke, which would mean that my bags and I would reek of cigarette smoke for my entire trip (for work, no less). And the kicker - the trip cost a whopping $250, which is more than $100 beyond a luxurious airport limo. I can't even. read more

Great service. Even though it was a very busy night, due to New Year festivities, they were there, almost to the minute that they said. So, Ryan T, remember that when 3,000 people are calling for a cab, at once. read more

Best taxi service in town. I worked at 4am for the better part of a year and I used fast taxi almost every morning. Almost always on time. I've used them during the day as well. All the drivers are professional and almost all of them are extremely friendly. The dispatchers are great too. I recommend anyone that needs to use a taxi during the day or night to call fast taxi! read more

I remember when Pappy was the only game in town. Talk about lame service. Then fast taxi opened up and was great. They used to always show up late night on weekends when they said they would. I hope they are still good despite the other review. Been awhile since I have used them read more
