But before that, I've checked…read moreabout 5 other airport shuttle companies and the Airport Black Car Service is the one with reasonable price, and it didn't disappoint me. In this multimedia era where scammers are rampant, and I for one, another victim of online scams, at first really hesitant to book it but eventually did because of the price. The nearer our trip was, the more anxiety I felt thinking it might ghost me on the day of our flight and I don't have plan B. Again, so thankful I made the right choice because when the day comes, a good man came, a very reliable, pleasant, helpful & true to his words. Just imagine, even in an early pick up time of 3:30am, he came on time with positive & friendly attitude. His name is LYES DJABALLAH. We are really grateful. Thank you!! On this day onwards, we know who to call when our family trip comes. We surely know who to trust too. Lyes and this company is highly recommended.

    This service, John in particular, used to be a service you could rely on apparently. We used…read moreZoomies numerous times after he sold it to a young man, can't remember his name right now. But now, something is definitely amiss. We advised him of a flight change on our departing flight out of SMF, he gave us a time he felt he would get us there in ample time for our international flight, he didn't think we needed to leave that early. We suggested an hour earlier but he didn't get to our home until after 5am, our flight was departing at 7:20am. Our friends, who he picked up first as they lived in LWW, told us he drove about 30 mph to our house in Rough and Ready. He drove so very slowly all the way to the airport, it seemed as though we were going in slow motion, anxiety level growing and growing. When we finally made it to the airport we paid him $200 cash and took off running, one of our friends has a permanent disability and we held a space in line at check in. The line was long, I made all kinds of excuses and walked to the front of the line to alert the reps about our late driver, she said she would try to get the line to move faster. By the time we got up to the front, she told us our luggage would not make the flight and asked if there were others that needed to get on our flight, a few others started literally begging her to get on the flight and she felt so bad, then took our luggage and called the gate. We told our friends to get a head start, they had TSA pre-check and could maybe get there before us. We got to the VERY LONG security line in a total panic, anxiety through the roof!!!!! Finally got through security and tried to run best we could, I have a bum hip and the other was just replaced 3 months prior. We were the absolute last passengers on the plane and completely out of breath, they closed the doors behind us. Thank God our friends got through security quickly and told the plane staff we were coming. This situation could have all been avoided had John come to our home earlier as we requested. I was so upset, my anxiety through the roof and my nerves completely shot...I ordered a cocktail at 7:30 in the morning, not something I would ever do. We let John know how dissatisfied we were with his lack of professionalism/service and he texted Sounds like pick up should have been 4 and 4:15. I responded with Exactly! He responds well good news is you made it! We are so lucky that one of us didn't fall and break something trying to run to the plane!!! Wait it doesn't end there!!! The day before our return flight, I thought it would be prudent to get confirmation that he would be picking us up all things considered. He responded that he had us covered and would be there to pick us up, our flight was to arrive at 10:23 pm but then had to clear customs. The next morning, day of our return flight, we received a text from him letting us know that his co- driver was sick and could not pick us up and if we could find another ride home? I honestly thought he was trying to be funny considering how our vacation began but he wasn't!!!! We told him it was his responsibility to pick us up. He had already been paid and we weren't going to impose on anyone at that time of night!!! He then goes on to tell us how many satisfied customers he has and he knows what his responsibilities are. We then started scrambling calling other airport shuttle, Uber, Lyft to see how we could manage to get back home at that time of night, really ruining our last day of vacay just as he did the first day. He then sent a text saying he could pick us up at 11:15pm since he was there picking up someone else. Whaaaaaat? He had another pick up at just about the same time we would be getting out of customs check. None of this was logical or made any sense whatsoever. Why would be cause so much stress and anxiety when he knew he had another pick up right around the same time?????? Something is definitely amiss. He didn't even remember picking us up at our home for the outbound flight and couldn't or wouldn't admit to the numerous texts we had sent him. He said he would reimburse us what we paid but here it is almost a month later and we haven't seen a dime. As a matter of fact when questioned about the refund he asked if we knew what slander was.....whaaaat???? He said he had to talk to an attorney before refunding us the money. It should be us talking with an attorney about all the severe stress he caused us but aren't going to waste even more precious time with this man who is not operating in a reliable, professional or ethical manner, truly and highly questionable. We will never use his "service" again and would highly recommend that you don't either. We found another airport shuttle service that is reliable and professional and 30% less.
