Was never called, had to call myself for them to tell me they werent coming. Ridiculous. And disappointing. DISHONEST OVERCHARGING CAB COMPANY!! Wish I could give zero stars. The owner Robert quoted me $20 for my moms 6:30am cab ride, I pre paid the night before since I live out of town; I provided the physical address as well as stated the name of the train station multiple times to confirm during our conversation. Morning of, while my moms in the cab they change the fare to $100 (even uber was only $45 but i decided to go with a local company instead BIG MISTAKE) after arguing back and forth with Robert I agreed to pay the $100 (he had wasted so much time being a money grubber, argumentative and an extortionist that my mom was about to miss her train) but instead of being a normal business owner he refuses to take my mom to the station because now he was mad at me, and has his driver kick her out of the cab - she was on her way to see her cancer doctor in SF and pleaded to the driver to just take her to the station but Robert wouldn't let him. UBER TO THE RESCUE - I ended up paying $161 for an uber ride for her to the city (she obviously missed her train). Robert is the reason why more and more people choose uber over local companies. read more

My family and I were stuck on a small town of Maxwell, California due to our rental car issue. No Lyft and Uber driver is available to pick us up on our location and drop us off in Sacramento Airport to rent a new car. But All Star Cab and the owner agreed to pick us up with all our luggages and camping gear. We were desperate as it is getting late and the weather is getting hotter. Our family used All Star Cabs intensively for three months to solve a short term transportation problem where my brother and sister in law were both having health care crises and could not drive. Their daughter is unable to drive and All Star Cabs helped us out by providing rides to the doctor, grocery store and hospital. Drivers were unfailingly polite and helpful and the owner Neva is very responsive to any request. Please note some of the negative reviews on this site are from the previous owners before Neva took over. Give them a try if you need help with transportation in the Yuba Sutter area. read more

Called for a ride and we were quoted at a 45 minute wait and charged an extremely high amount. Which was understood because we were in the middle of nowhere and the driver had to come a long way, but we ended up waiting almost 3 hours for them to arrive. Every time we'd ask for an ETA we were told it would be yet another 45 minutes. It was not worth the amount of money we paid. Just a bad experience overall, would not recommend. read more

We needed a ride home from a concert and all star cab was quick to pick us up which was great. However, the whole time we were in the car the guy was speeding like crazy. He was also on his phone the entire time which was understandable since other people needed a ride home from the concert, but we felt very unsafe due to his speeding and constantly looking down at his phone. Basically it felt like we paid $40 for a life risking ride! We definitely wont be using this company again... All star cab needs to be more professional and make sure they drive safe!! Also, when he took our payment he was typing in the credit card number as we were speeding down the freeway. The professional thing to do would have obviously been to wait until we were parked. read more

I don't always use a taxi cab but what I did All Star cab overcharged me I went in early to miles and they charged me $25 driver told me to get the F out of his cab when I said why so much. The driver told me to shut the door and shut up. I don't recommend the service to anybody read more

When you call this cab company you know they'll be there. Only cab company I call in town. They are reliable. Don't sit around and wait for the other guys "Budget Cab" to tell you it will be there in 10 min ALL STAR CAB ALWAYS COMES THROUGH FOR ME. They also take credit cards. read more

If I could give the the company 0 stars I would. Worst taxi service I've ever had to deal with. The driver was unprofessional, on his phone the whole time, speeding, driving like a crazy and to top it off his cab smelled like cigarettes and farts. We got picked up from a concert this weekend and what should have been a 40 minute drive turned into 2 hours because he got a flat tire, he had no equipment to change the flat, being that it's a taxi service they should have all they're cars equipped with tools in case of things like this. He refused to get a tow truck to come help because "fuck that, it's too expensive". We paid 120$ for the ride and when we asked if we could get some of our money back due to us having to wait almost a hour in the back of his stinky cab for a new cab to get us he said "this shit happens to everyone". I had my 13 year old niece with me and after explaining to our parents why we got home at 3 am instead of 12 they decided to give them a call and were treated extremely rude by the same taxi driver. So in the end we didn't get are money back and were treated horrible by this taxi service. Never again. read more

I ordered a cab from this company the day before I needed it because I wasnt sure how to do ir. I called the company on the day, the next day I needed it to verify they would still be available to pick me up. The driver was on time. The driver was very nice. But. . . BUT. When he pulled up the car sounded like it was running a little rough. The tires lookec a little low. I opened the back door and noticed that the door handles were falling apart and the back seat looked very dirty. The driver told me to get in the front. The car smelled of ciggarette smoke. The front windshield had several cracks in it and if it wasnt for tbe fact I informed my neighbors where I was going and how long I would be, I would not have gotten inro this cab. The driver was inattentive to traffic and almost pulled right in front of someone. In his defence he was finishing a twelve hour shift. When I got to my destination I couldnt get out of the cab fast enough. It was an experience to say the least. Again the driver was nice. The equipment was in poor condition and looked bad, smelled bad and was clearly in need of repair. The driver hae to make a living. But the owner... needs to operate with safe and sound and clean vehicles. Not really recommending this company. read more
