I received the opposite of great customer service. The cashier was neither friendly, knowledgeable nor willing to help me with my inquiries. My first time here and lack of knowledge regarding organic wines (need for visiting guests that have allergies to sulfates) the clerk said I'm the last person you can ask about wines. Ok, I'll try Goggling some brands. When I asked her if they carried any of the brands she said I have no idea but couldn't help me locate any on shelves even though we were the only customers. Then at cashing out my husband requested military discount which they do offer, clerk said yes she will give us discount. He showed his ID, she cashes us out. I check receipt (+$100), I don't see any discount. I ask her to confirm discount and her response is, oh well, I don't know what to tell you I thought I gave it to you, nothing I can do now. Shrugs her shoulders and turns away. First and last visit to this store. I don't often buy much wine or liquor but like to shop local and shop frequent for all things from groceries to household goods and this was the worst service I have yet to receive-period. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I'm definitely gonna bring my family here when they come into town. Huge selection of Boots, men's clothing, dog food and supplies. If you need baby chicks or bunnies they have those too. The store is pretty big with lots of different items in different categories. Definitely worth a check out. Right as you walk in you can get a free coffee and bag of popcorn to eat. You smell it throughout the whole store. You can also buy a big bag of their popcorn for five bucks which is pretty cheap. We parked on the Auto side so no idea where the truckers area is but I've never seen so many gas pumps and they were occupied for the most part. #59 was our spot. Oh and there's electric car recharging stations too! Now what stands out most is how much self-service is centric. Employees are present and very helpful, happy and friendly! You can taste test the brisket, fudge and jerky so don't be shy; I sure wasn't! It was all so delicious! There's anything you could want to eat, pickup for the road or drink including a cappuccino! There's a full self-service coffee spot, complete with milk variety, creamers, sugar and plenty of coffee pots brewing! There's ICEE flavors I never heard of as well. There are fresh sandwiches made to serve, packaged sandwiches and pastries! Nevermind the merchandise on hand! Forget something at home, you name it, you'll find it! Oh and the restrooms... such a clean, well stocked and spacious place. Outside of getting some reasonable gas in our vicinity, I got some fudge (PB/Chocolate, Butter Pecan, Rocky Road), warm glazed almonds and a cup of cappuccino! The fudge is so good! I came about 30 minutes after my doctor called in my meds. They said it wasn't ready yet and it would be 15 more minutes. So I parked for 15 minutes and came back. She said it would be another 5 minutes and I asked if I could just wait there at the window since no one was behind me. She told me that I would be holding up traffic and I needed to go loop around. Literally no one behind me. So I drove very slowly through the parking lot and when I came around there was 2 people at the window... 8 minutes, yes 8 minutes one person was parked at the window and the next person was 4 minutes. So why did I have to loop around but yet the other person could sit there for 8 minutes?
