First time customer here but frequent car wash user, service was good, nice team on board. Paid for the standard $8 wash, for the amount of "service provided" it could have been a $4-5 dollar wash. Substandard wash, always end up with a large area missed on my rear hatch(2021 Chevy Bolt). Signed up for the '$20 unlimited washes for a month' must have missed the part where it's a subscription, they renew it automatically whether you want it or not. Ended up having to have the credit card number changed by Citibank, they say there's nothing they can do on their end. These guys are scam artists. read more

I am writing this review for the Livernois at West Warren location. I will start by saying that the Manager, Mark and his wife always treat me with great dignity and respect. He is always respectful, pleasant, and he greets me with a smile, kind words, and a handshake or fist bump. I have a monthly subscription, so I get my SUV washed there daily. The Manager Andre is cool too, and I can not forget the gentleman, " Nate ", who is funny and always upbeat as well. I visit several of their locations, but this one is my favorite, partly because of the positive interaction that I receive on a daily and consistent basis. Again, they do a great job and they keep my vehicle clean and sharp. Thanks, guys for all that you do. My only regret is that you all are not 24 hours per day. read more

What are they using STEEL BRUSHES!? They use very HARD BRISTLE brush-scrub machines! Very hard on your cars finish! I have an older car yet noticed 'circular' scuff marks on parts of my doors on one side after going thru their wash process. More like the steel brillo-pad scrub process! NO STARS!!!!! My BRAND NEW windshield wiper was BROKEN OFF and I was advised by Alia that I could get a few extra washes. She NEVER asked for my name or account number even after I mentioned it. My husband and I currently have monthly memberships and have for YEARS. I really like the location on 6 Mile by my home but now have to consider getting another company. My money and car are NEVER to be treated less than or uncared for. My car is BRAND NEW and I KNOW it happened in the wash! I purchased the Ultimate Car Wash. Which includes the Wheels. Why is the operator on the driver side brushing the wheels when he's told too.

DO NOT COME HERE! Absolutely the worst car wash I have ever been to. DO NOT COME HERE! The guy explained I can pay a one time charge for unlimited washes for the month. The did put a sticker on my car so I figured that's how he'd know. After doing so, he swiped my card and told me I have a monthly subscription. This was a HUGE difference. We got into a very heated argument and after explaining to him I need the whole thing cancelled he gave me someone's number and then that person gave me another person's number. After finally getting through to someone, they told me that she can't give me a confirmation that it's been cancelled but she will call me in a few minutes. This car wash service is it joke. I have had the package in only about half of the time are their systems working so you cannot get a car wash without it. And if you try to call all it does is go train answering service that the mailbox is always full. Do Not get one of the packages from this company you will be sorry. I tip the worker $8 on a $10 wash for him to wipe down my wheels and he did a horrible job while the worker on the other side didn't even clean them. I've visited here twice so far and can tell you this place is not ready for business yet. The first visit was about 2 weeks ago on a weekday following the cold snap that we had. I visited hoping to flush the salt off of my car. They were moderately busy but said they were having technical problems and could only offer a basic wash without any flushing or additional services. My second and last visit was yesterday January 20th. They were very busy as it was a dry warm day. If you go here to use the free vacuums, those who are in line for the wash will block you in and you will be unable to leave. The design of this place is not good. We waited in line for 20 minutes and purchased the top-of-the-line wash, a $10 wash. To our surprise, while we were inside the car wash and going through it automatically, water was not hitting our car and the brushes were not activated. It was very odd since the water and brushes were working on the car in front of us and the car behind us but not for us. Obviously something had gone wrong. When we reached the guys there to dry the cars, we explained and showed them that our car had not been touched yet and requested our money back. They were unsympathetic and told us we would have to turn around and get back in line. That was really unacceptable. They should have offered our money back immediately at that point. We drove around the block and parked and walked up to the man who took our money originally. My husband explained what happened again the man was unapologetic and did not seem to care or wonder what had happened. My husband asked the man who was spraying off the cars at the front what happened and that man said that a breaker had flipped. The man with the money made us wait several minutes while he finished signing up a customer for their Rewards Club. He completed that sign up and then just handed us the money back without any apology. Seriously? You couldn't just hand us the money first it takes 2 seconds to do that and then you could continue with your rewards registration? Regardless, the attitude here was completely unacceptable and they did not try to make things right at all. I do not believe this place is ready for business yet. They need to invest a little bit more in their infrastructure in order to handle the business. And they could probably use some new personnel with customer service skills as well. read more

Wow where do I start with the service! I first came here a few months ago and fell in love with the staff and service. The manager (Ahmed) always made sure I was 100% satisfied with the wash. The whole staff does such a good job cleaning and they're very friendly. I came back 2 days ago to not find the old manager and the wash I got now was horrible. They rushed the wash and my car wasn't cleaned properly and the new manager was extremely rude. Not coming back!! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. They were fine for a while but I no longer needed a monthly subscription so I decided to cancel it. The first time I went they said I needed to come back and fill out a form with the manager because they ran out of forms and he was not there. I finished the month and they charged me. The next month I came to cancel it and they gave me a hard time until the manager came. The manager gave me a BLANK PIECE OF PAPER where he wrote name, reason, and phone number. Was that the "form" I had to come back to fill out? I filled it out and he said it will cancel in 3 days and I won't have any more charges. A couple weeks later they charged me AGAIN so I called their phone number on google, which is not a working number. I then called the one in dearborn heights where the lady told me that man was not the manager and someone else was. She gave me the other persons phone number and told me I should be taken care of. I was happy, until I realized the person who's number I was given would not answer my phone calls or text. How many hoops do I have to jump through to cancel a subscription.
