The movers did not properly protect several of our items and caused significant damage to a solid wood dresser. A few of our plastic moving boxes were smashed and broken. They also put a small dent in the wall while moving stuff upstairs. There was also confusion between the movers and the front office staff. The movers stated they weren't given any "paperwork" so they didn't even know how much to charge me at first. Overall, this most recent move with them was just not good or professional. Not sure what changed in 1 year, but I would not recommend using Moving By Design at this time.
