I wish I had the option to give this place 4.5 stars…read more We had an early flight and arrived at FastPark at 3am. I was worried as it was my first time using the service that I'd arrive to an empty lot with no attendant. When we arrived there were plenty of people around and the front attendant gave us our parking spot. As soon as a pulled into the spot the shuttle arrived behind us to help us load up which was amazing service. Now, here's where the half star is lost. Almost every spot in our row was completely covered in ice and barely shoveled out. We had six bags, a stroller, and two car seats we had to unload which became very difficult to navigate while making sure we didn't slip on ice. I really wish the lot had done a better job at cleaning the spots. In fact, when we parked I had to climb onto a small bank of snow and didn't know if I'd be able to get out when I returned in a week. The shuttle dropped us off at the airport and gave us detailed instructions on where to return when we got back. When we arrived back there was a shuttle waiting outside so we had no wait. Again, excellent customer service! I asked the driver if he could stick around and make sure we could get out of the spot which he agreed to. After a little slipping and sliding our car made it out and he helped us load up again. I will forever use this service as the cost was very affordable and service was flawless.

The special I received was discount on parking that you could reserve up to a month before use. I was sent a QR code shortly before my trip to use when coming to the business. Upon entering the business, I was directed by a pleasant staff person to checkin in via QR code and they radioed the driver to let them know we were coming in and to wait to take us to the airport terminal. We parked and the pleasant driver assisted us with our luggage, gave us a card with our parking space number, and after picking up a couple more customers, we were on our way to the airport. Once we arrived at our airline stop, they assisted us with taking off our luggage. When we return, there is an area outside of BWI where they will come and we will board the van to take us to the business to pick up our vehicle. All in all, The Parking Spot West adequately meets the needs for off-airport parking for us.

The term "blind box" is somewhat what it implies; boxes of themed Korean inspired character items that you purchase, having no idea what you purchased until you open the box. I believe there is a hope that you will come across a sought after item or simply one that you don't have to add to your collection. The store had various characters and themed blind boxes in addition to an assortment of other Korean/anime inspired merchandise. My family member found what they were looking for. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The blind boxes we purchased were $19.99 a piece (we got 2) and the prices varied according what blind boxes items you purchased. They were pleased with their purchases. All in all, if this is your thing, half at it!

It's a huge garage and has availability most of the time (even when the cheaper express and long term parking lots are full, this has had plenty of availability. It's not there just yet, as most of the public and gate areas are still in need of updates and refreshes, but the areas they have improved, especially the restrooms in the terminals, is a step in the right direction for sure. I usually utilize BWI when I can get a good direct on Southwest, and my latest visit here was because just that...I was headed ti San Diego and there were no directs from DCA, so I traveled the 45 minutes to BWI to make it happen. Drop off here is pretty standard, as is security. Neither had delays or craziness, but I also flew in a Thursday morning. I gave myself more than enough time, which actually turned out to be more than needed. The airport is massive, but flows well from concourse to concourse. Moving sidewalks, wide terminal hallways and clear directional signage help. There are plenty of shopping and dining options throughout BWI, and each terminal/concourse is equipped with a few options, but if you don't like any of them, the other terminals are a few minutes away. I was flying out of B, but dined in C. Only issues, that I know they will solve eventually, is the gate areas. They need an update and some of them need an update in flow. Overall, BWI is a decent airport and checks all the boxes needed when traveling to or from the area!
