First of all I would like to say the photos they share on website can be deceiving. I had ordered 3 plants lemon, orange and a kumquat Each one of them costed me ~100$ each and they were expected to be atleast 4 ft tall based on their website description. When I got the plant lemon tree was hardly 2 ft. As soon as I got it I reached out to them on Saturday for the cancellation of the other 2 plants as they have not been shipped yet. ( it was supposed to be shipped on 18 May week ) but Tuesday morning I got an email stating they cannot cancel the order as the shipment has already en route to my home. I didn't wanted those 2 plants as I have felt cheated and the customer support is also not helpful . It's a waste of money and I lost 300$ from this bogus fast growing trees. These plants are hardly 2 ft tall

tree (stick $150) and it died within a week.

This is the tree (stick) they sent me for $115. This is the most dishonest company. DO NOT buy anything from them. The tree did not survive.

A dead Japanese Dogwood. Dead when they sent. They will never admit that.

This company has very strict rules and... This company has very strict rules and whoever heads the customer service department is not concerned about customer satisfaction or service. I see over and over again in reviews and better business complaints that Fast Trees is selling dead trees and then unwilling to give store credit or replacement. How UnAmerican is this. This company is not loyal to its customers. Customers or potential customers should not be loyal to them. Put them out of business. In this day and age where money is hard to come by, go to a business who appreciates you and your money

I ordered two persimmons trees for over $300 and received the saddest crustiest trees I've ever purchase. They were six weeks late from the original date and when I reached out to the company I was told essentially if I am willing to "nurse then back to health" I will get 15% off and that I should give it 30 days and we will "sort it out" if they don't make it through. Signed - Nick I wish I had come to help and google reviews and not fallen for the great reviews on their website. Beware of this company, they don't care and don't have standards.

this is supposed to be a lilac tree. wait and see if this grows. A tree with sprouts growing from the bottom.

This is $800 worth of "trees" from Fast Growing Trees... I'm sick!

I ordered 28 trees ($800) to create a wind block. When the "trees" arrived, they were nothing but cuttings from older trees stuck literally in a cup of soil. Some did not even have roots established. This place refused a refund or replacement, and would not allow a return. All of my "trees" were so small they all fit in a small laundry basket that I could carry with one hand. I am furious. I returned them via fed ex anyways and filed a dispute on my CC. We'll see how this goes.

The banana trees they sent me died. They charged me shipping replacements. The replacements died. I have never, in my life, had a banana tree not thrive in South Carolina. All of the other banana trees on my property have no issues. It is only the trees from this company that fail. Judging by the multitude of bad reviews on this business, and lack of any positive reviews at all, they do not take good care of their plants or their customers. Can't recommend strongly enough against doing business with these people.

My husband 5'9" stands next to Albequina olive tree.

The shipment of our Albequina olive was disappointing on a number of fronts. 1. It was not delivered to the front door, nor our garage door. It was delivered to a back patio door and went unnoticed for 24 hours. The directions on the box told the delivery service to lay it down horizontally. Why? Sorry, I only have pedestrian plant knowledge. But the tree was probably shocked by our high altitude, cold overnight temps as its entire body laid flat on a cold stone wet patio. 2. As the picture demonstrates this small spindly tree is nominally 4-5 feet tall but it is not a gallon specimen. 3. It's been shipped with fruit (olives) on the tree. That seems counter to the information I read about this tree before buying, that the fruit should not be used for 3 years. Isn't it a drag on the tree's health to leave the fruit there when it's going to undergo the shock of shipping? I'm pretty good with plants. We'll see what I can do with it.

RIP OFF! Sends trees, I plant them in the fall, they turn brown, which is what they say will happen, they're dead by spring. Now it's outside the coverage timeline. They offer a 30% percent discount so you can buy more from them. SCHEME. JOKE. Terrible experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This is a forsythia that I paid $60 for and it's wilting. I asked for a replacement.

Review for Fast Growing Trees Disappointed and Misled - Avoid This Company I ordered four forsythia plants from Fast Growing Trees and was extremely disappointed. Their website shows beautiful, mature, blooming bushes--but what I got were 8-inch starter plants, one already sick, and one with its root ball out of the pot. Each plant cost $60. For that kind of price, I expected something more established and healthy. They advertise these shrubs grow two feet per year. Mine have grown about two inches in two months. When I reached out to customer support, they pointed me to their one-year warranty--but getting help requires you to run your own "tests" to prove a plant is failing. No refund. No accountability. Their customer service is all about covering themselves, not helping the buyer. Do not buy from this company. Buy local, where you can see the plant and get real service. I learned my lesson. Fast Growing Trees is misleading, overpriced, and not trustworthy.

have bought many trees from them. I have had a couple of problems with the trees but always talked to them on the phone and resolved issues. However, bought two bing cherry trees last year. Cared for them by the instructions given with them and they died. Am being sent replacements but I have to pay almost $50 for shipping even though I paid $290 for the trees to start with. I understand their terms and agreement section but they should just ship the trees free since it wasn't my fault the trees died to start with and there were issues with the trees to start with.

The tree died within the first year and they were like too bad. They don't honor their warranty.

Staff was very helpful in locating a wagon when I picked up too many plants to carry and answered questions about where to check out and identified plants for us throughout our visit. We spent about an hour browsing the various greenhouses aisle by aisle, and quickly realized they have many different sizes and price points for just about everything. I loved the indoor space too and got lots of ideas for yard decor as well as some new indoor plants. My favorite find is pictured here, some variety of hydrangea I think they said. It's a striking combination of fuchsia pink blooms with dark foliage and looks nothing like what I would expect from a hydrangea. We talked about care tips and how to plant it. I hope it stays this color! I doubt my husband will allow me to go back every week, as this would quickly get expensive. I did not stop picking up plants until the wagon was overloaded and I had gone back to a full armload. We'll return several times throughout the growing season though, as I am not seeing so many different varieties in any of the other plant shops or stores in the area.

Sadly only two of my plants have managed to survive the below freezing temps in the winter, both were Dianthus. Today, I made a return visit & bought 3 more plants, all different colors. I'm feeling confident that with some TLC, they will be ready for winter.
