Sean is the operator, he is a complete scam artist Isreali guy operating under multiple different company names and multiple different phone numbers. He will talk super nice to you and compliment you, but it is all part of his act. Upon arrival they will try to bait and switch you on the service saying that their first quote is for "water only" and if you want to actually clean the rug/carpet it is 3x the price to use shampoo. Sean asks for payment prior to starting work, asks for it in cash or zelle (so it can't be disputed after the fact) then proceeds to do the world's bare minimum of work. Sean made 1 pass on a rug he was supposed to steam clean, he worked on it for literally 4 minutes, didn't even get it clean, starts packing up his stuff and tries to leave. I asked him to finish the job and he immediately began insulting me, loads up his stuff, and drives away while continuing to hurl insults. This guy knows exactly what he is doing and will continue to scam anyone he can. He does have any intent to actually provide a service, only to see how many people he can rip off in one day. read more

Technician came over and said he could remove the foot traffic stains (we have no pets and didn't allow food or drinks in the rooms) in our 2 bedroom with a new solution he had at the warehouse, but he would have to come back the next day and it would be an upcharge I agreed as he seemed confident that he could get it done. The next day he came and was done in about 45mins which seemed pretty fast he his machine leaked all over the tile dumped the waste water in the bathroom sink and toilet leaving a mess... My basement flooded yesterday and I called a number of companies. They were the only ones available. They were nice and professional. However, they were swamped with other jobs and did not have all the equipment needed to fully service my place -- and charged $3150 for maybe 6 hours of vacuuming water. Most of the work was done by me and my family, including bringing a water pump and removing the carpet and water. While I greatly appreciate their help, $3150 for less than 6 hours ($525/hr) of labor from one guy seems like highway robbery in an emergency. Totally unprofessional behavior. It's the same scam--he quoted $89 for cleaning one couch. My couch had minimal stains, yet he still suggested shampooing. He pretended to have a manager, called someone, and then offered us a "better" price, insisting on payment in cash. We agreed on $225 for cleaning two couches. He demanded the full payment upfront, took the $225, and then began shampooing the couch before stopping to take a 15-minute phone call in the middle of the job. I asked him to finish without interruptions, but he got irritated, telling me not to question him, that he could take as many calls as he wanted, and even threatened to leave. When I raised my voice and confronted his unprofessionalism, he became more aggressive and insisted we pay extra if we wanted him to finish. Ultimately, he left everything unfinished, with water all over the living room. I do not recommend his services. Avoid falling for the cheap bait and save yourself time and money. He took $125 in cash for doing nothing and leaving the water all around my living room. His name is Sean, this technician claimed he owned the company as well. Not sure if I even contacted the right company with no logo. I got a quote on the phone the guy seemed like he was yelling at me at first. Original quote was 70 bucks okay great. Then when he got there it doubled for no reason at all and said it would potentially be 279?? WTH!! how did we get from 70$ to 140$ to almost 300$ dollars. Complete con.
