Shane is incredibly professional, organized, and responsive. He texted me the day before the appointment as a reminder of the service. He was able to fit me in quickly so that my sofa could be ready (dry) by a specific date for a party and he answered all of my questions. His business partner, Brian, was the one to clean my sofa. He called on his way to my house with an update of his arrival time. He spent a few hours doing impeccable work, no corner left unturned. And he did some of my throw pillows as an extra courtesy that I didn't even intend/expect! Alex did a great job of set-up and he used these unique corner protectors for our doors and walls to ensure the hose didn't leave any mark on the walls or door trim. And his work on the carpets were/are AMAZING!! They look great after 3 years of wear and dirt from the bottoms of feet. Also, the suction of the dirty water after the cleaning process left our bedroom carpets only slightly damp and within ~ 5 hours, the carpets were dry.
