I called at noon and they said there wouldn't be anyone in the shop until 1pm. I had just gotten a chip on my windshield and needed to get it repaired. I got there at 1pm and the Gentleman at the desk looked unwilling to help. Then he looked at my chip and said he couldn't repair it because it was hit twice. I was confused because the only thing I was told on the phone was that it needs to be the size of a quarter or smaller which this one is. The worst customer service I have experienced from the manager. He does not return calls or care about his customers, it's not about price, most people will pay the price with great customer service. This business was amazing!! I got a chip in my windshield. Wanted it repaired sooner rather than later. Went on line thru my insurance and Safelite glass. First opening was 2 weeks away. Went back online and saw they also work with travelers went down with no appointment. Repaired and on the road again in 15 mins. Highly recommend. read more

SEMI repair. Had A rock crack the front windshield of my semi truck, fast glass got me in ASAP and replaced the windshield within an hour of my appointment time. They had multiple windshields for my truck, did a quality job, considering I drove into a-lot of rain later that night in Portland, no leaks to report. Big thumbs up. So, the windshield on my van was broken by an errant piece of "space junk" I believe -- no other explanation, actually -- I was driving along routes 20/26, minding my own business, when "blam" something "out of nowhere" hit the windshield. I had to come from outer space, because there is no Earthly answer, but I digress. ;-) My high-deductible insurance did not cover the loss, so, I was looking at an out-of-pocket expense. So, I called-around for estimates from a few other places. Because my deductible is so high, my insurance agent referred me to this place. "I refer all my 'high-deductible' policyholders there", said he. I called Fast Glass, got estimate -- best price -- $179! They have a courteous, professional, "all-business" staff. (Jess, the woman working at the front desk has a great phone voice.) They were able to get windshield the very next day. Made appointment. (They offered to come to the house to do the job, but I preferred to go to the shop.) They know what they are doing. Busy place, lots-o-activity, lots-o-calls, lots-o-customers in-and-out, a good sign. As the name implies, the installation was, indeed, "fast" --- less than an hour. I have not used other auto glass places nearby, so, I don't know for certain, but, it seems to me that it probably doesn't get much better than this. So, they get a good, solid, five stars from me. I had an appointment with them today 11/11/21 and the young guy shows up and tell me if I don't have a covered place to do the windshield I have to reschedule because it was drizzling although he has been out doing other work and didn't have them call me before he showed up, He then proceeds to ask if I can bring it to his shop and jokingly I asked him well then do I get a discount because I'm bringing it to you because I'm sure their fee has a mobile fee inside the cost And here's where it goes south and he proceeds to tell me that he was doing me a favor by doing the windshield in their shop because that's not what they typically do and I said no I'm paying full price for my windshield so you're not doing me a favor and that guy just disrespectfully talked back to me and the manager Allen when I called to complain he just brushed it off, it would have been nice to acknowledged and been told "if" that did happen I apologize for my employees bad behavior he's responce told me he could care less. Let me say 1 thing they did do was cut the windshield quote by half and I said thank you BUT that was not what my issue , who comes to your house and speaks to you like that!! read more
