And Since My Dad Passed Away 4 Years Ago My Mother Has The Responsibility Of Making Sure She Has Propane. My Mom is losing her eyesight and it makes daily living a challenge for her. I live in the Bay Area. While talking with my mom on the phone. She mentioned that she was out of propane. She said she called West Gate to gett propane and was told it'll be two weeks before they could deliver propane. I couldn't let my mom go without heat and hot water so I emailed the company. They called me the next morning but I missed the call. I returned the call and spoke with a kind and understanding lady. I explained to her my concerns with my mom not having propane. I told her two weeks is a long time for my mom not to have heat or hot water. I also told her my dad took care of making sure they had propane until his passing. This company is great. My mom called me and said the guy employee came and filled her tank. He also made sure the pilot light was lit and turned down the hot water heater as I suggested my mom to do. Now they will be filling her tank when It gets to 30%. I'm so thankful for this company and it's employees. They made me feel important. And they showed that they care.
