There was no hand sanitizer, no soap, no paper towel. The toilet paper was propped on top of the toilet roll dispenser. The toilet bowl had stuck on poop. The worst, filthiest restroom at a gas station I've seen in all my travels. It was locked up, so I expected a clean restroom. It looked as if it had not been cleaned in months.
