They can not be trusted I had to call the Police to get my car back from them. Who work on a car and release it before it is paid for and they give the client money? I had my car removed from there and will never go there again, even if I have to take it to Grand Haven or Grand Rapids. Jordan is Crooked, I am sure I am not the 1st person they did that to. Jordan has deceptive business practice, they actually told a Bald face lie to say they fix my car and I didn't pay for seven years they didn't send any notices.

I took two cars today to get the oil changed. I went to performance plus in north Muskegon. The…read morecost for both vehicles for a basic oil change with synthetic oil was $228.00 or $114.00 per vehicle. This doesn't include the upcharge to get a better car wash. That was an extra $8.00. That being said, The staff was friendly and honest-even about up sells. But they didn't Check the tire pressure on either car until i ask the to on my second vehicle. According to their paperwork. This should be the standard practice on all vehicles and a reason I took my car in to get serviced. Also, they never checked my transmission fluid. But that may be because there isn't any way to check it. At least that is what I was told by the man servicing the car. He may be right. Another thought, I think when you pay $114 to get your oil changed. You should get the best car wash for that cost of $114.00. You shouldn't have to pay an extra eight dollars for an upgrade car wash. Yes they give you a free basic car wash . But you have to pay an extra eight dollars ($12.00 of the best wash). The $114.00 should included in the best car wash. If they did do what their page says and gave the top of the line car wash. Then I would definitely come back But as of now I am uncertain if I will go back again.

I thought I had an appointment at a different oil change place down the street but when I got…read morethere, I was told there was a problem with the online booking system and my car couldn't get in until the following week! I needed an oil change that day so the manager of the other place sent me to Van's. I rolled right in and got immediate service. Didn't have to get out of my car or anything. "Quick Lube" is right because I was in and out with a coupon with a free car wash to boot. I missed some of the bells and whistles of other oil change places, like interior vacuuming and window washing, but the accessibility and speed was great!

I like the fact that they did not have any issue with me having my own stuff, i also had them check all my other fluids and ended up being low on transfer-case fluid, they did not have the fluid for my car so i had to run to the GMC dealer, which wasnt that bad as they filled the case free after i came back.
