I paid for an oil change and a tire rotation. They did not do the rotation. I know because only…read moreone valve stem has a black cap and the other caps are green. The tire with the black cap was still in the same spot. When I went back, I was told that the tires were rotated. Andrew said, "my guy says he did it." I explained how I knew they weren't rotated. I then asked, "How do I know, you did the other work. He replied, "You have to take our word for it." They should post that. So unreasonable. Their loss. I had more work to get done, but I will take my car to the dealership. $40 is a fair price to learn that a company is dishonest and totally devoid of ethics. So glad I know how these people really are. If you take your car here for a tire rotation, mark your tires and take pictures. My next step is to file a complaint with the state. BTW. They charge more than the dealership for a tune up. Way more!! Dealers charge about 5% more for an oil change, but you get so much more, including a professional print out that tells you how much longer you can go before you change components. Also, the Ford dealership gives you synthetic oil.
