Very respectful of everyone's time. The material was presented and practiced in a very efficient way.

These guys know what they're doing! Very professional! So fast and convenient! Love the online access to schedule a class. So easy and these guys are so fun and humorous! The best is that it's so quick! Keep up the great work! read more

Very difficult to get in contact with... I would not recommend. I have left messages and no return calls...

I needed to renew my CPR certification for my massage therapy license, and this class was great! It was fast and efficient. The instructor had a sense of humor, and he really covered a lot of information in a short period of time. Before the class starts, you get an email link for the e-book, and there's an app you can download to read it. Also, they validate parking! I highly recommend this class if you need fast CPR certification! read more

Here we go again, another 2 years went by and gotta renew the BLS card. For classes, go to their website, select the type of class and day you like. Pay. Go to AHA website and input key if you want to review handbook. They do have it at the classroom. Wear comfy clothes, watch some videos, do hands-on the dummies and see how much fun and knowledge the instructors have! After test, do final check-out on their sent email and they will send you on your way with a print- out certificate and cut out paper card. No colored thick cards anymore. They also validate parking. read more

Fast CPR, has its name for a reason. They are FAST and efficient! My husband and I decide to do our renewal CPR together, since our cards expired months apart. Lot of recommendation from friends and co workers that love this place and decided to give it try! LOCATION Easy to find and has 2 hour free parking at the Century Square. Easy access and lots of parking in the structure. Once you go into the building, the class door in the RIGHT hand side. CLASS Now that COVID and precaution is now in place. They do temperature checks upon arrival and self check-in. There is only 6 people a class within 6 inches away from another. Very time efficient and very details when reviewing the CPR class. Max & Nolan was very funny and made class enjoyable! They made sure everyone understood the material. Highly recommend to anyone who wants fast and efficient CPR class. Will definitely come here again in 2 years. read more

A lot of people know about Fast CPR for the fun instructors Max & Nolan. When I came back for my renewal, I expected to see them but they weren't there. Other dude, but I forgot his name. Not as fun like my first class but definitely straight forward and to the point. Free Parking validation. Very strict on being on time which is understandable. I recommend this place if you need to be certified fast & simple. read more

Great place to get Fast CPR! The man who taught the class was fast, friendly, funny, and efficient! He was very helpful!!! He taught the class everything we needed to know as well as different situations with different age groups (infants, children, and adults). Scheduling and parking were easy! They validate parking up to 2 hours. Great class from beginners, people taking for the first time, to professionals needing a refresher. CPR regulations is always changing every 3 years or so, the instructor will tell you what has changed. CPR health care certification class was as fast or slow as you wanted it to be. They are very welcoming and said if anyone wanted to practice people were welcome to stay until 5 pm (it was 10:45 am). They no longer provide cards after the class, it is online and will be sent as a PDF after you complete the steps, which they will help you with. Overall, this was a great class and you won't regret it! read more

I wouldn't give a star at all, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Why, I SAY that is because, incase of an emergency! Or anything that you have no control of cause life happens, within that day of appt class time if u don't show up YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. U will not be able to get any percentage back even if emergency things happened which is sad, I mean who runs this kind of business and not have any courtesy to even help out with maybe some kind of discount or something and with the economy being so dam hard these days this could be really helpful 95.00 down to the drain in there pockets cause and emergency happened.... So sat but so TRUE karma will get you back with your businesses with the way we are being treated..... read more

LOCATION: The directions here are hard to follow. The parking garage is about 100 ft from the main road and its the first one on the right after the intersection. Just park in the garage near Century Square. Thats the tall building this class is located in. One parking attendant so be patient. Garage is dark so be cautious. Take the elevator to the main lobby then take a secondary elevator to the 11th floor. Fast CPR is located right outside the elevators (room 1188). STAFF: Two main staff members who are so funny and quick-paced in the courses, you can tell they've been teaching awhile. REGISTRATION: Register online just to be sure that you have a seat in the class. I paid cash in-person before the start of class and that was just as fast. Glad my class wasn't that big or I wouldn't have had a seat. Didn't need exact change either. CLASS: I went to renew my First Aid / BLS and it took less than an hour! I think it covered all the major points as you would in any other certification class. Some of the first-time people in my class were able to comprehend the material easily, so that shows how relatable and easy-going the teachers make it. CERTIFICATION: Once your class is done they send you an email with your certification. Just go through a few steps with the teachers to get a hard-copy printed out. Best thing for some job locations! read more

I needed to obtain my BLS certification for work, as it's been well over 2 years since the one I got as a student. The FastCPR website was easy to navigate. I had made the appointment for today's 12PM class the night before. I also read in the email their "RESCHEDULING POLICY: We offer ONE free courtesy reschedule if we receive 24 hour notice prior to time of the original scheduled class. We do not take call in reschedules. If you need to reschedule, please follow the exact process listed at..." . The website listed information about the nonprofit company, different classes (AHA BLS Certification, AHA BLS Certification ("Partially Done Online), CPR AED Course, CPR & First Aid AED Course, First Aid Course, Hazwoper Annual Refresher Course, and Group Training"; from the website), schedule showing the days and times for classes, along with the cost. On the website, it let's you pay for the class with a debit/credit card or through Paypal. FastCPR is an authorized American Heart Association training center located on the 11th floor of the Century Square building near the Cathedral of Lady of Peace in Downtown. The room is at the right of the elevators. Once you enter, you sign in on a laptop with your last name if you've paid online. Then you pick a chair and wait until class starts. The room is set up with 2 rows of chairs against the walls and a television in the center next to the window. The manikin dummies are under the chairs along with a knee cushion. My BLS class consisted of 4 students in total which was nice, not cramped. The adult and baby manikin dummies also light up to provide feedback on compressions which was super cool and useful. I had a lot of struggles with the depth, consistency and rhythm of compressions. I wasn't pressing hard enough... You need to P R E S S H A R D. Golly gee, it really was a workout for me... *laughs to hide low key embarrassment of un-fitness* If you anticipate on breaking a sweat, bring something to wipe with. I suggest some exercise/ workout/ athleisuire clothing. Oh, and hydration. My class was taught by Roland and Max. These instructors were definitely the MVPs. They made this the most hilarious and entertaining CPR class I've ever had! All the while reinforcing learning of important concepts. They were really knowledgeable in teaching this course and had their scripts all down to the T. They were patient and supportive. They made sure that everyone on the boat was afloat and progressing, no one was left behind. I think that's super important. You could also tell that they genuinely enjoyed teaching people about CPR. After going through all the different concepts, there was a test at the end. And after the test, the BLS certification was issued as an eCard to the email used to sign up for the class with. That was claimed through the email and paper printouts were given of the eCard (full and wallet versions). Cards can be verified by employers, schools, jobs, etc by scanning a QR code or at the website listed on the card. Then class was officially finished. All in all, class lasted about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Thank you Roland and Max! :) I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a BLS certification! read more

Love this course because who taught the class was fast and nice and friendly. Place is clean and quiet. They are making sure you know the most important things. I will continue with them next time. I recommend to everyone. Thanks. read more

A late, PRE-COVID 2018 review: Needed to renew my AHA BLS license. After looking into this place per a friend's tip, I was surprised to see that the classes were significantly cheaper than found on the AHA website! Decided to book it here. Only regret is not going here first. In my first BLS class (that I found on the AHA website), I spent majority of my day watching videos in the instructor's house. At Fast CPR, I spent an hour in a classroom setting. The instructors were very engaging and quickly had us do hands-on CPR on the mannequins. After, you have to complete the AHA exam in order to receive your cards via email. This class is fast, efficient and straight-to-the-point! Thank you to the workers for making learning CPR enjoyable (even after multiple times of learning it)! read more

Excellent expert and efficient BLS instruction. Would not hesitate to recommend this course to RNs, NPs or PAs. I'm so happy I completed this course. read more

Fast is right. Two years ago, did my CPR at a place in Pearl City and it took TWELVE hours. So, being done in 1 and 1/2 hours was surprising! Overall, the instructors were very engaging and allowed the time to go by really quickly. We laughed a lot, which helped us retain most of the material. Since most of us had done CPR before, I think the class went even faster. I might be the only one wishing we had spent just a little more time on each move - But otherwise, everything about the program was great. The place is clean, they validated parking, and the bathroom with the leaves on the wall is a kicker too. Haha. I don't give 5-stars easily but this place comes pretty close. read more

The best on island, I have returned approximately 4 - 5 times now, always to renew my BLS. The course is quick, even quicker if you do the online part first. No nonsense just BLS. Do your part on the dummies, walk out with a card from American Heart Association good for another 2 years. What do have to lose? Another boring class for 2 hours, falling asleep and thinking I should have went to Fast CPR? No one has time for that. They even pay for parking. read more

Please reconsider when choosing this company for CPR or any first aid certification. I scheduled for a Saturday certification class because i need it for my job. But when i started my job today (2 days after scheduling) i tried to cancel my appointment. I called to a lady who wasnt in the office and did not know the cancellation policy. She referred me to the email with my ticket info. I must have read the email 5x and no cancellation info. So i checked the website, still no info. The only info i found was the rescheduling info, which i didnt want to do. So I ended up responding to the email, saying i would like to cancel because my employer doesnt need me to be cpr certified. A few hours later I received and email with a refund of $65 however o spent $90 on the class. I think its unprofessional to take someones money when you do not render services and days aways from the class. I would recommend alternative companies for certifications. read more

Super easy to schedule an appointment when calling the number listed. They had an opening to take me and a friend the very next day after calling. We were able to pay by card in person right before the class started. The building is easy to find and they pay for your parking. This was the best CPR class that I've took. They tell you all the important things you need to know. they don't waste your time and they have the newest manikins available which blinks a certain color when you are going either too fast or too slow. Allows you to get the right beat instead of just guessing that you are going to the right beat. I would recommend this place to all of my friends that need to get CPR first aide certified. It was $85 and took about 3 hours and you get your card right instantly, no waiting around. read more

I was able to get a class the same week. The class was well-organized, efficient and the instructor personable. Highly recommended.

GREAT PLACE! :) I suggest this place for busy people, so basically everyone that needs a BLS certification lol. This place is literally the best place to get your BLS certification/ recertification done. Its fast, fun and easy. They teach proficiently with speed and get you in and out. You learn what you need without the extra time wasted and they are really cool about it. It's funny because it takes about 1.5 hours but it feels like 30 minutes because the instructors are really interactive and funny. read more

I have been an RN for over 20 yrs and this is the BEST BLS class I've ever taken. The instructors were funny and knowledgeable, the class was fast, and the core information I need to save a life was highlighted. I left there laughing but also remembering the key aspects of BLS. I highly recommend this class to anyone who needs AHA certification. read more

9/4/23: This class is to the point. Oguz was an excellent instructor. Appreciated the humor and the knowledge being delivered at once. He made the class succinct and was encouraging. I really appreciate that FastCPR was open on Labor Day! Be on time. They are serious about respecting everyone's time and they will close the door to the class on time. Show up, be respectful, listen and you will pass. You never get put on the spot or made to feel nervous or uncomfortable. I'm glad and so thankful this place exists and that I was able to get in fast. Thanks, Oguz! read more

I would have given negative stars if that was possible. This company is the worst of anyone I've ever dealt with! They have no people skills! Here is a sample of what they emailed when I had someone unable to attend due to a severe health situation... "sure we will deny seats to other students that needed to take the class on that day as we accommodate this request, then keep on stretching the fee received for one class over several classes, thus to make sure training gets cheaper and cheaper with each reschedule, just to keep everyone happy." I understand the losses that may incur, but they had already taken payment. Also, don't tell me that with their strict policy some people just don't show up for a class. How hard would it have been just to say 'okay' without the 'get-off-my-lawn-grandpa' lecture - what a @!$%^* A@#$& person. read more

Great and fast for those needing recertification for BLS. Great instructors and they make the class fun while teaching. Class doesn't take long and you will be out and done with your card in no time. read more

I would like to give this ZERO STARS. This place although very fast and efficient, they are the rudest, most condescending business I have ever come across in my life! They will take your money in a heart beat and they don't care what happened to you on the road to get there, even if you were in a car accident. You would still not be rescheduled with grace. You would have to fork out another $100 to take this class. They strive to make you feel incompetent and stupid. They will by no means help you find their office. And if you ask them, they will accuse you of not being able to follow directions. So now that I just burned $100 up in flames, maybe they can go out to lunch and laugh at a few more customer's unfortunate events in their lives. I'm sure even if you are a healthcare worker or anyone who needs CPR certification and sadly tested positive for COVID -19 less than 48 hours before your class was scheduled, I am sure they would just take your money and run with it too! Because it states in their policy no refunds and you have to notify them 48 hours before your class. They would accuse you of being incompetent and break you down. I have never in my life had an experience like this and I will never again! I can't believe these people are in customer service. This is the email I received after I pleaded for some grace. After all I am a hospital healthcare provider... I thought there was some respect and appreciation , but apparently they have none. "Thank you for visiting our facility 30 minutes after a class started today. As stated in the terms and conditions classes start at their scheduled time not thirty minutes after the stated class time. Roster and paperwork for classes close 5 minutes after the class start time and computer marks those who are not there no show. As agreed to during the sign up process, it is responsibility of each class participant to be able to get themselves to the class on time. Just like how missing an airline flight or showing up 30 minutes after the plane takes off, will require new purchase of a ticket to catch another flight; being marked no show will require a new sign up. This is a simulated rescue class. It requires participants to be on time to be able to demonstrate the simple competency of being on time a simulated rescue. Those who showed the simple competency of getting there on time enjoyed the class. This is exactly why policies are in place. We are unable to document to the licensing bodies and employers that you can show up to a simulate rescue on time, simply because you didn't and the class that was supposed to document that you can show up on time, that you paid for is over and the record is already filed. So you will be required to take another class and demonstrate that you can actually show up on time, and after that demonstrate all the rest of the content that comes after the arriving on time part in a real rescue. If you don't want to train with us again, that is perfectly fine. We also reserve right refuse service to anyone. Employers and licensing bodies appreciate our efforts because our professional rescuer level CPR class expects rescuers to be able to show up on time to a simulated rescue. Most people understand this and they have great time in our classes. We are sorry your own driving experience in getting yourself to the class itself has been unsatisfactory. Everyone else's driving experience that arrived to the class on time has been fine. Every other facility will also require you to repay for another class, if you stand them up, if you break class terms and conditions, if you show up 30 minutes late, etc. Instead of retaking the class from us, please talk to your employer about having them assign you an instructor at their facility to get the requirement done, so you don't have to repay for another chance to prove that you can actually show up on time to a simulated rescue class. Your employer also offers excellent classes, that start on time and will be able to accommodate you through their instructors who will expect you to be on time. read more

The instructors made this learning experience GREAT! They are thorough, to the point, and make it easy to remember the main points if you were out in a real emergency situation. Too much information can paralyze a situation that needs immediate attention. They made the class fun and lively. I've been to many re-certification classes, and this one was very pleasant and not intimidating. Will definitely re-certify with them again. read more

In need of your BLS STAT?! Look no further! There are classes 7 days a week and you can sign up that week. But wait, there's more! You can do modules online before your actual class so that way you just spend ONE hour in class. This works out for those who work Monday-Friday, those who have kids, this who are just busy in general and who isn't busy these days? Walked in bright and early on a Saturday morning. Wanting to get the class over with because I wasn't feeling well and my whole family has been under the weather. Simon, our instructor, told me to sign in on an iPad. The room is kind of small but big enough to fit about 15 people with manikins and an entertainment center which you will use to watch the skills. Simon made the class go by fast. He was awesome! I checked my watch for the time once and by that time the class had been over. Simon was very straight to the point yet very attentive. Many perks to this class. Another perk is that they validate for parking. They're located in downtown and we all know parking is a b*tch but they allow you to park in the same building for free. If you're needing to renew or get your BLS look no further. Price was $90. Can't say if that's cheap or expensive because I didn't compare to other classes. Read the reviews on this place and gave it a go right away. You should too! read more

I needed to complete a first aid course for my job and found this place through yelp. Also, their first aid course only is $75 which is cheaper compared to other places that I found online. I called a day before and luckily, they had a class available the very next day. They're located inside the century square on the 11th floor. A small but cozy space with a nice view. I checked in and made sure my name and information were correct and then paid for the course before starting. The class itself was super fast, hence the name, and the instructors try their best to make it interacting and fun, unlike the same old boring stuff. They even print out your card for you which is nice because I don't have to come home and still have to print it myself. Anyways, really recommend this place if you need your aed/bls and or first aid certification! read more

Wow, the class went by so fast! Finished within an hour for BLS training. Our instructor was Roland and he did a superb job in presenting all the details we needed to know to pass the test. The class is located at 1188 Bishop Street, big glass building (you won't miss it). The parking lot is the first lot to turn in and goes underground. They do validate for two hours but after that, its $3.50 per half hour. I highly recommend taking Fast CPR! Informative, small class, quick course, and easy testing. read more

Are you looking for a great First Aid / CPR certification course? Well you found it. I had to get my CPR certification for my job and one of my friends told me about Fast CPR. They located on 1199 Bishop st. it's a glass building and they have parking below. They do validate but only for the time of the course. I had to pay $3.50 with validation. It will all depend on how early or late you stay. The validation was only good for 2 hours. They're located on the 11 floor. If you want to take the course, you have to register for a class online http://www.fastcpr.org It was $85 for my first aid / CPR cert. course. When you get there, they'll have you check in and give you a booklet to keep. Our instructor was was Simon and he's awesome! He goes through the curriculum pretty quickly but makes sure you understand all the content before continuing. The class is about 2 hours and there's not written test. You doing everything hands on. You'll get your card after you finish the course and is good for two years. If you're looking for a great first aid / cpr course, check out FAST CPR. This CPR/First Aid/AED Class was great! These two instructors were funny and had their act together! They first began with showing us a video clip from "The Office" when they took a CPR Class. Hilarious and had nothing to do with our instruction.. but, it was a great ice breaker! Our training was informative, interactive and each section of their presentation was thorough. All instructors should be like Max and Roland! And.. Bonus is that they validate parking if you park in the garage downstairs. read more

This place was awesome! They offered many different days and times for testing. First of all, the staff made it fun and easy to learn CPR and pass the test. The staff give hints during the demo for all the questions in the written test. The mannequins we used to practice were in good shape with working lights to let you know if your compressions were at the proper depth and speed. This was a refresher course for me so I was glad to be done quickly and get my printed certification on the same day. They also provided an email with a link to the certification. Overall, I highly recommend this place! read more

I wouldn't normally post a review about a CPR place of all things, but my experience here was so mixed I just had to share! First, I would like to preface this review by saying the trainers were GREAT! Super enthusiastic, very friendly, totally not what you'd expect from a CPR class. Getting re-certified is usually the bane of my existence, but these guys made it actually cool! Big thumbs up Okay, now for the weird part. During the class this random lady walked in without her mask on. I know this is a natural thing, but she then proceeded to use the bathroom (not #1) and it was so loud and distracting!! The bathroom is just so close it was highly uncomfortable. I have NO idea if that was another student or what, but that whole scenario was just confusing and left a weird impression read more

class Was reasonably fast, instructor was fine, my complaint in with the facility. Class was held in a tiny room where we were made to kneel and sit on a hard floor for nearly the entire class. There was barely enough room for us to get on the floor with our manikins, especially if you have long legs like I do. And there definitely wasn't enough room to sit on the floor without blocking the view of the TV for the people behind me. I'm perfectly willing to be uncomfortable for hours during a code but there's no reason to subject people to that for a BLS Card. I'm very experienced and know the subject matter well but for a first-timer that is a terrible learning environment. Won't be back. read more
