Right after finishing my BLS training by Eric, l texted my fellow nurses to attend his CPR class. Eric is very knowledgeable about the latest update on BLS by Amarican Heart Association. He explained the interventions you have to do in dealing with life threatening medical emergencies. It's a blessing to find an excellent instructor like Eric. read more

This class was efficient and packed with information, as well as plenty opportunity to practice the skills we learned! Would recommend :)

Great service and communications, good flexibility of schedules and class sizes were small.

This was not my first time taking my BLS Certification Class, but my second time taking it with Eric. He is the best CPR Instructor ever and highly recommend to take this training! Eric provided great communication from the very start when signing up for this training. The Scheduling was so very flexible, had no problem or issues there. The classroom was very clean, organized and roomy. Located on the premises of St. Timothy's Episcopal Church in Aiea. Lots of Parking and a safe environment. Eric is so awesome, very knowledgeable and he took his time explaining each topic and gave us real-life scenarios during the training. Thank you, Eric, for being a great CPR instructor with over many years of experience. Will definitely take your CPR class again two years! read more

This was not my first CPR/AED training that I have gone through, but I have to say his training is the BEST CPR/AED and first aid training I have ever attended. Signing up was easy and his training schedule is very flexible. The classroom is currently located on the premises of St. Timothy's Episcopal Church in Aiea. Clean and roomy, a very comfortable environment. With over 30 years of experience, Eric is very knowledgeable and informative, patiently answering questions. He clearly demonstrated and explained the CPR/AED process; I am now more confident than ever if the need arises to be able to respond to an emergent situation. I also took the Basic First Aid for Adults training portion; I really liked how he tailored the training to the class. He went over different real-life scenario's explaining how to identify and treat the different type of injuries that we may come across. I liked that he gave recommendations for equipment to have with your First Aid kits and taught us there will come a point in a situation that will be beyond our capabilities to treat, in other words, know your limits before you do something that may actually hurt the individual more. So, if you're looking to get CPR/AED certified and basic first aid training for adults, I Highly Recommend Eric at Hawaii CPR Training. read more

I've taken CPR/BLS with Eric a few times now and he's been consistently great! His teaching style is informative and the environment is no pressure. It's a place where you feel like you can come to learn without being judged. Eric has a lot of real life experience and he shares/incorporates it into the lesson to make it easy to understand. Since Covid, I do notice he takes the extra time to clean mannequins and socially distance the class. Each table also has wipes that you can use to disinfect the area. His class availability is great and I'm usually able to get in no problem. I'll definitely be returning as long as he's teaching. Thanks Eric! read more

Had a good time in my class. The instructor is very knowledgeable and explained everything in an easy to understand way. Definitely recommend if you need to take a CPR certification course. Signing up is very easy too. read more

Eric was very knowledgeable, and direct. He for sure believes in learning by doing, the classroom it's done in is clean, roomy, and air conditioned which is also nice. Eric also provides MANY classes so it's super convenient for someone like me who began pre-boarding for a job and was informed that a CPR/FA cert is different from a BLS and needed to find a place quick within 10 days. He makes himself available by phone, text, and email. I got my certificate in my email about exactly 24 hours following the completion of the class! $85 for the BLS class $15 for the book which is required. read more

This class was awesome! Very informative. Also if you're anxious about being in a group or just don't know what you're walking into the class is so chill but you get a lot of knowledge from it. The instructor was great! I learned a few new things being in this class that I didn't learn in the other class I went to. He gave a lot of different pointers and things to remember. Also cracked a few jokes here and there and he always asked if we had questions. I think I will be coming back here in another 2 years! read more

Just took their CPR class last night and got my card after only a couple of hours. Eric made class very easy to learn. This was my first time taking the class with them and don't regret it at all, needed to take this class for a job that I'm starting. Eric made sure that we felt comfortable in what we learning and I am very much comfortable now with doing CPR. Also class is much cheaper than other places and they have many classes throughout the week to fit with your schedule. Highly recommend taking this class if you need it or just want to have the knowledge of BLS/CPR! read more

Many of my colleagues and friends had recommended Eric for BLS/CPR training & knew exactly why within the first few minutes of class. Eric is very informative, straight to the point kind of guy but also keeps the class engaged and fun. Passed with 100 %. Best CPR class I've attended here on Oahu! Eric was very knowledgeable in his craft. He has an exceptional background that makes me feel confident in the training I received today! I was looking for a CPR class that was able to accept my last minute reservation due to a recent job posting that had a short 3 day window! Eric was able to schedule and confirm my registration via text in a matter of minutes. So thankful that I didn't have to call to do this because like most people, I'd rather text! I arrived to the class early this morning to find everything already set up and ready to go! Class was given at an accelerated rate but slow enough to where everyone understood all that he was teaching. His demonstrations and explanations throughout made this training / refresher a breeze. From the location being super easy to find, to the ample parking, this is definitely a top rated place for me! I will refer all peeps in need of their CPR certification. Cheap, affordable, friendly and dedicated. Thank you Eric for squeezing me in last minute and for the experiences I've shared with you today! read more

I went here for my first ever CPR, AED, and First-Aid Training. I am an introvert and never really want to attend group classes, let alone be with a group of strangers. But, Eric made sure that we are comfortable in the class. I always fear that i may not understand what was being taught, but he made sure that all of us are keeping up with discussion and that we understand the lesson. He's very hands on with the CPR traning! It was indeed a great fun class, in very reasonable price rate! Thank you Eric! read more

Recently took CPR/First Aid training class with Mr.Eric. His class was very informative especially for a first time attendee like myself. Eric was a good instructor. I had to renew my CPR during the pandemic so the class was limited to 6 people and very informative. My CPR card expired and I needed to have it renewed right away. Luckily, a friend told me about Eric and he was very kind to accommodate me right away. I had his class that Sunday and got the certificate "proof that I've taken the class and exam" emailed to me right away to show it to my work the next day and the real CPR certificate from AHA came the 2nd day..how fast was that?!! I'm very glad to have taken his class because it was so much fun. Yes, the other reviews are very true, Eric's class is very fun and he has a way of making you remember step by step on how to save a life. I couldn't believe 2.5 hours just passed by because the class was so much fun and educational. He is also a CPR instructor certified by American Heart Association so you can be sure his class and education materials are always up to date and follows the latest AHA guidelines. read more
