I drove all the way out to their dealership and after the work I ended up paying $550 all cash except for the last 50 that they added on last minute. They refused to give me a receipt for the work done and that include included the warranty on my brand new battery. I'm not sure what is happening, if they are skimming money from the owner, but I don't like working with shady companies that refused to give you a receipt for the money you paid them.

Bilal and his team at Expert Tires & Brakes were absolutely awesome! As a woman who doesn't know…read moremuch about vehicles, finding an honest mechanic is extremely important to me. Unfortunately, it can be easy to feel like you might be taken advantage of when you don't know much about cars. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable, respected, and confident that I was dealing with a professional and honest team. I actually found them by chance when my tires were low and I thought I needed a tire patch. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, they were honest and told me my tires were fine. I already knew they were getting old and needed to be replaced, so that honesty really stood out to me. My van has almost 300,000 miles (290K!), so it definitely needed some attention. I had Expert Tires & Brakes replace the suspension, replace two tires, perform an alignment and oil change, and replace my axles. All for a very reasonable price. After everything was done, my van feels like it just got a second life! Long story short, I highly recommend Expert Tires & Brakes. Bilal is awesome, and his entire team was professional, honest, and great to work with. I've finally found my new mechanic!

Terrible service and complete denial of responsibility. I will never come back here and do not…read morerecommend this shop to anyone. On May 20th, we brought our Ford Transit-250 to this shop due to a coolant leak. During the repair process, they raised the price four times: first about $1,100, then $1,800, then $2,400, and finally charged us $3,084.52. We were able to pick up the vehicle only on May 23rd, but it immediately broke down just a few minutes later. The shop was closed for three days and only performed diagnostics on May 27th. After that, there were disputes, complete denial of any responsibility, and refusal to cover the damages. They then tried to charge us an additional $4,651.70 for a transmission replacement, claiming this was a new issue unrelated to their work. We were only able to retrieve the vehicle on May 29th, and today, June 2nd, we are finally starting the real repairs at another shop. During all this time, our business has been incurring losses due to the vehicle downtime. An independent evaluation confirmed that the exhaust manifold bolts were left loose during their repair, causing significant exhaust leaks and possible thread damage. The report also found oil leaks from both valve cover gaskets, transmission failure, and the "Check Engine" light on - all of which appeared immediately after their repair. I have sent an official demand letter to the shop requesting compensation for the damages. If my demands are not met, I will file a lawsuit and will definitely obtain compensation. In court, I will seek a much higher amount, including business losses, legal costs, and compensation for moral damages. This shop not only failed to fix the problem but also wasted almost two weeks of our time, caused business losses, and is trying to avoid responsibility. Don't waste your time and money here.

Botched brake repair jeopardized the life of me and my son. When confronted about the negligent…read morework, the owner, Peter became defensive and belligerent. I am sending him a demand letter (see pictures) today and am prepared to follow up with a complaint to the Bureau of Automotive Repair and file suit. Other work was ok, but not problem free. I see that the owner responded to my review. My friend did indeed work on my brakes. He replaced the rotors and the brake pads. He didn't touch the hydraulics. Sunrise Auto did the work on the hydraulic lines for the left front wheel brakes. The failure of my brake system occurred because the brake line work was not properly done. Sunrise Auto placed the flexible brake line where it would rub on the inside wheel well, ultimately causing a break in the line and a failure of hydraulic pressure. As I said, this botched repair job put my son at risk of serious bodily injury or death from traveling in a vehicle with no brakes. Here's my personal message to you, Peter. You evidently ignored my demand letter because I didn't receive payment. The next step is the Bureau of Automotive Repair. And after that I will pursue other legal remedies. I hope the readers of my review and your response will take heed and will take their business to another mechanic who performs reputable work.
