They said they sent out another check 10 days ago. That check was made out to the wrong creditor so that check was stopped. Meanwhile, I had to make a payment last month on the loan they said they would pay off and there's another payment due Monday. This has been the worst experience. Also, the branch manager with personally give you a business card with an email address and then ignore the emails. Update. If you place a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they will cut off all communication with you and not resolve your problem. This is $2000 that they are playing with. Do not use this company. They referred me to there customer service department, where you can only leave a voicemail and not speak to anyone. They also blocked online access to my account. Avoid this company at all costs.

Between complicated and electronic connection and representative distraction concerning electronic glitches I was not aware that new loan amounts consisted of 35% interest which have me paying back more in interest than the orginal loan amount. THIS IS ALL ABOUT RIPPING PEOPLE OFF WITH OUTREGEOUS INTEREST AND KEEPING YOU IN DEBT TO THEM. DO NOT DO IT.
