I didn't have a good feeling about this but still proceeded to continue since I was already there. So fast forward- I filed my taxes end of January and it is now end of March! And still no return. I was on hold with IRS for over an hour till I was able to speak with someone. The kind lady notified me there was a mistake made by whoever filed my taxes. I called H&R Block because they do guarantee 100% accuracy guaranteed! And I obviously didn't get that. The amount I was told was 8,600 when the amount was actually 6,800 so that right there was a mistake. Michelle answered, went into my account and said the mistake was because of the recent relief bill that was signed, and said everything looks like it was done correctly, well that's not true. If things cannot be made right I will unfortunately not be returning to H&R Block again. And I will be contacting whoever will help me because it seems like no one at that location will help me.

They said they sent out another check 10 days ago. That check was made out to the wrong creditor so that check was stopped. Meanwhile, I had to make a payment last month on the loan they said they would pay off and there's another payment due Monday. This has been the worst experience. Also, the branch manager with personally give you a business card with an email address and then ignore the emails. Update. If you place a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they will cut off all communication with you and not resolve your problem. This is $2000 that they are playing with. Do not use this company. They referred me to there customer service department, where you can only leave a voicemail and not speak to anyone. They also blocked online access to my account. Avoid this company at all costs.
