(Phone calls AND emails) Years later, when our agent retired and we got assigned to this office, we contacted them again and messages not returned. I'm like, what is their problem? So I researched her on Facebook and I see now what it could be. She is a MAGA Republican and I guess can't be bothered to do business with those she disagrees with. I would have never even checked to see what she believes in if she hadn't been so incompetent. I have requested reassignment to another agent. Why does State Farm keep agents like this around?
