Hungry for a quick-loaded eating snack? This Venezuelan fast food truck spot will satisfy your appetite. From the famous corn wheat arepas to the savory sweet cachapas , Fast Arepas offers a variety of Venezuelan treats.
We can start with my favorite, Reina Pepiada Arepa style (filled with a mix of pulled chicken and avocado ). Delicious as always because it is my personal preference.
Then La Catira (filled with pulled chicken and yellow cheese), the chicken was was prepared with a nice spice point and the cheese melted to perfection.
Of course, you can't miss the Pabellón Arepa, which is filled with the typical Venezuelan dish of pulled meat, beans , white cheese, and on-the-spot fried plantains
The cachaca dreaded cheese all over it, and it is the Venezuelan cheese known as "queso de mano" one, which makes it even more irresistible. Also, it was super buttery , which made the complete recipe authentic.
The best part of this food truck, besides the housewarming service, is that all of the items they offer are splurged with filling, which is something unusual when it comes to arepa spots, and that all the ingredients are fresh, so you end up stuffed with healthy food !
I do have to admit that I prefer the crust of the arepa more crunchy, toasty, and consistent, unfortunately, these were floppy, but because there was so much filling that probably made it harder to keep it stiff, hopefully, they can come up with toasty arepas crust adding to their already loaded and delicious filling options.
Fast Arepa is located in a family style food truck garden (very close to Little Haiti ), which invites everyone to pick from other vendors available as well (Mexican, Colombian, Nicaraguan, among many others), so you can taste around many LATAM flavors in the vibrant city of Miami within a casual layback atmosphere! read more
