The tech showed up 30 mins later, was very friendly, and managed to pick the lock in less than 5 minutes. Then he tells me the price is $380. When I referenced my initial quote they reduced the price to $222. I wish they had been a little more upfront about costs but with that aside, they were prompt and knowledgeable which I was very happy with.
