He did advise me that an Anode Rod needed replacing. Although the home warranty replaced the water heater last year and wrote on it to replace every 2-3 years, Tim said after one year, it looks like it might be failing. After thinking about it and working with my water osmosis filter company and them having to replace my water softener, they also confirm replacing the anode rod is probably the best thing for me, so now I will look into this company replacing the anode rod as suggested. I just have to do research enough to learn more to make these better decisions. Thank you to Legacy for their services and how they handled my account.

During that time, I have repeatedly been given inaccurate information regarding service recommendations and repairs that later appeared unnecessary. Today's service appointment was the most concerning example. I maintain a paid annual club membership that includes maintenance for both my tankless water heater and HVAC system. The technician arrived nearly two hours late and appeared exhausted. Most troubling, the scheduled tankless water heater flush -- the primary purpose of the visit -- was never performed. Instead, the technician took photographs and left without completing the service. Two days prior to this appointment I seriously considered canceling my membership due to ongoing concerns with the company's declining service standards. Unfortunately, I decided to give Legacy one final opportunity and renewed the membership. The outcome of today's appointment unfortunately confirmed my concerns. As a result, I will now be pursuing a chargeback for services that were paid for but not delivered. This level of service is unacceptable. After five years as a loyal customer, I expected professional conduct, timely service, and completion of the work that was scheduled. What occurred instead reflects a troubling lack of accountability and respect for long-standing customers.

Krystal called me a few months ago to set up my spring service for today. Nick and Mike were prompt as usual. They put on their shoe covers, checked my thermostats asked if my filters needed replacement then went outside and inspected my system. The system is around six years old and they mentioned they have a trade up program to install a new more environmentally friendly system, but I passed on that . Bottom line, prompt, courteous, professional service ..... and of course with our "it's only a dry heat" summer around the corner, I feel better that my system is in good shape.

Although my initial impressions of Alpha Air were quite positive following an entire system upgrade, their Customer Service these past two years leaves a great deal to be desired. Following last fall's routine maintenance visit, their Technician subsequently emailed a copy of my check, including my entire Checking Account # !!! When I inquired with their office why my personal financial data was so recklessly exposed on an unsecured internet site for the entire world to see, their excuse was a "glitch in the system." This past April 27th; routine maintenance was scheduled for between 9:00 - 11:00 AM. I sat here for three (3) hours waiting, the Technician never showed nor did anyone from their office bother to contact me and inform of the delinquency. When I called their office for an explanation, their excuse was a "glitch in the system and the Technician never saw it." That evening I forwarded an email to Alpha Air explaining my dissatisfaction with their unacceptable modus operandi and asked that they refund the balance on my Gold Membership for scheduled maintenance. I received an auto reply that they received my message and someone would "respond as promptly as possible." Never received a response. When I finally reached their office several days later to inquire about my correspondence and the lack of a response, I was told they never saw it due to yet another "glitch in the system." Obviously Alpha Air has numerous "glitches in their system" including ineptness and utter incompetence. I will not be using their services any further nor will I in good conscience recommend them to any friends or neighbors.
