By purchasing directly from here instead of the online site that was suggested to me, I ended up saving over $500, which made the trip completely worth it. It now became a necessity. I first met Barbra at an event at Beckley's on Melrose. She was part of a group of experts discussing the importance of fashion on image and branding. After I heard her no-nonsense eco-friendly approach to styling (reuse, repurpose, recycle -- THEN buy something new), I knew I wanted to work with her. Of course it didn't hurt that she is also a British Vogue online correspondent and a published author of Closet Control. Any way, she takes her business SERIOUSLY. Prior to her first power session with you, she advises you to get plenty of rest and eat something because it is going to be intense. Wow. This was kinda like the advice I got prior to doing my first Triathalon last year. And then we went for it. Years of clothes and shoes were thrown out, and things were repurposed and reworked to create things I didn't think of putting together. Old faves were retired, but that ultimately made room for new faves. This was some serious therapy as I was sooooo attached to my stuff, even though I hadn't worn things in years.
