Douglas was extremely communicative and easy to reach, helped scout materials to make sure the new floor matched our existing floor, and was generous with his expertise when we were selecting tile for the kitchen and making design decisions. He also provided detailed estimates and priced his services very reasonably. As others have noted, he and his team are punctual, neat and efficient. We had a major issue with a transition strip for our last project, we were told you can't install a metal transition strip on a slab, even though one had been there before for 20 years. This led us on a wild goose chase to find a different material which we really weren't happy with. In no time Jose installed a metal transition strip between our carpet and LVP floor and gave us exactly what we wanted, with no hassles. We are already shopping for our next carpet project here. Icalled the company and they came and repaired the section of floor, howver in September 2024 it started to come up again. I called company again and was told i needed to check for my refrigration leaking. Called someone and the refrigerator guy came in, no leakage. The called floorung company again. Man camedown to look. And said there was difinite leakage. Called my plumber and repair a leak under crawl space not related to the floor coming up. 2600.00 later and flooring company was not responsible.
