I told him my story and he brought me to several preowned goldwings. He was right. Honestly, I was a little heartbroken because I had my mind set on one. But thankfully, he ruined that lol. He didn't give up on me, though, he asked what I was looking for, and I told that I was looking for a 2 up and I had to travel on. He talked me into considering a Can-Am spider. We hopped up on an RT and absolutely love the feel of it. He offered a test , however, I declined. I knew if I rode one and liked it that I would try to purchase something that I wasn't ready to purchase And explain that to him. He completely understood, but continued to shoot the breeze with us. When we do pull the trigger, we will likely make a trip back up to Lewis to give our new friend Josh a visit and hopefully some business. Now this is my experience and a mistake i did, I really hope you don't do the same mistakei did. Please if you have him service your motorcycle, when picking it up please look to be sure everything looks alright to you. Bc I didn't and now i have a f up screw in my clutch handle. I can easily fix this by getting a new screw. But my deal with him was that he should have told me about his mistake working on the motorcycle, but he didn't also he charged me for service to the clutch which he didn't fix. So to keep it short, he is not a man of his word. He twists his words. He is not responsive. And there is no sincerity to his services, let not forget he is pricey. I will NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR SERVICES. Bc little things matters. And If You do receive his services, please be sure to look around your motorcycle for anything that wasn't there before your dropped of the motorcycle, bc he will f up something and don't let you know till you later find out. First issue the sales rep was awful and made me loose all interest in the bike, he did not take me seriously and made me uncomfortable. Second issue the bike did not match the pictures in the website. Third issue I had to ask to see the bike and it was in the back in their shop??? Terrible sales department. Second interaction I was looking to have my tires changed out on my bike. I had called ahead and explained that I work third shift so I operate on weird hours, well they offered to take my new tires and rims and replace my tires at 8:20am, 40 minutes before they open. I thought great! NO they lied, I arrived at 8:20am and stood outside their business and no one came to open the door. Although this is kind of on me for hoping they would actually honor this agreement, I had not read their reviews until after I wasted my time. Service department is a rip off. Brought my rig in for losing power after it warms up, low mileage…read moreand hours, bought from Pony Power Sports, was a demo unit. Still under warranty, so I took it in. Signed a service agreement for $185.00 if it wasn't covered by warranty for the first hour of diagnosing the problem. The tech comes back and claimed the fuel pump was the problem. I'm informed it's covered under warranty submitted to the manufacturer and it will be repaired in a couple of weeks. Ok cool. Two weeks pass I call to check if it's repaired. They never ordered the parts because the manufacturer told them to check the fuel filter and fuel lines. Now stop right here...... why didn't the tech check the fuel filter when diagnosing the problem? Moving on... I get told this, the fuel filter replacement, plus's a spare filter and all the diagnosis cost $455.00. Pretty steep, but ok. At least I know the tank is clean with a fresh filter. Get my rig home with my spare filter, get looking at my rigs tank where the fuel pump is, the tank was never removed and flushed. THIS IS FRAUD! Charged for it, never happened. Side note.... The manufacturer's "owners manual" doesn't mention a fuel filter, or I would have checked it myself. Pony Powersports cannot be trusted! I will be reporting this event to my lawyer..... we will see what happens..... I get
