The last job was highly technical, removing a 100+ year old oak right next to the house and butting against the deck. In addition, a prized small tree was directly under the tree. They started at the top carefully cabling each limb down and away from the house and deck. It was a well orchestrated maneuver. Every last twig was cleaned up. This is the kind of experience that has built my trust in Jacob and his talented crew. Just yesterday they removed a tree that had fallen on one of my tenants cars and was also on a power line. Due to the emergency nature of the job - Jacob's crew showed up the next day and left the home-site clean as a whistle. The incredible thing is that Jacobs pricing is always fair and reasonable. Very highly recommended.

In one instance they dropped a large limb on the A/C unit - causing $700 damage. Never made an attempt to compensate us for that damage. (Just recently I discovered that the same limb actually hit the side of the house on the way down - punching a hole in the gutter and cracking the fascia board. In another visit their bobcat driver knocked down a section of fencing in the front. He just shrugged, said he was "sorry 'bout that" and went on with his activities. Additionally, the main guy backed their large truck into another section of fence up front causing me to spend a full day replacing and repairing two 6x6 posts and stringers. Oh, and I watched them working next door where they ran all over the neighbors septic leech-field. He had to replace the entire septic leech-field system. Can't imagine what that cost. My advice... watch these jokers closely. They do quite a bit of damage and rarely if ever own up to it.
